Called this morning claiming to be the IRS.

Caller ID was 'Unknown 1' and the recorded message was that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  Told to call this number, 607-330-7935.

Same call, said a lawsuit was being filed.

called and said they were the IRS, they were foreign, I knew it was a scam and called him out on it. he then called me a F!@#  B%#@!. They have been calling me for hours. He said I was going to jail.

Also got same message. Foreigners irs does not call. They send you papers if there is a problem

Thanks for sharing your experience with all of us. I received as similar call, as well.  Was told a  lawsuit was being filed by IRS against me and that I needed to call (Kevin) back immediately. Like everyone else, the call disturbed me.

I just now got a call from "Unavailable" which was a computerized voice telling me the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Told me to call this number.

Just got a call from 70612113400010 from RUSSIA.   Called 3 times.  I answered the last call to see if a live person was calling so I could get more information on this obvious scam.  I was told to call 607-330-7935, a domestic number - unknown.  Said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  Bullcrap!   the IRS would NEVER call to give anyone a heads up that individual is being sued by the IRS, and this is the final notice.   If you get a call like this, DON'T answer it.   Whoever is working this scam is a putz.  How stupid do they think people are!  Again, the IRS will never call to give a heads up about them filing a lawsuit against a person.  You would get official  written notice from the IRS (example:  in the form of a tax lien on your home) if they were taking such action.   jerks.  And they called during working hours no less.  Can't believe they are SO STUPID!!

Received a phone call claiming to be from the IRS. Said to call 607-330-7935. They claimed the IRS has a lawsuit against us.

Got the same "scam" call from 607-330-7935. The man w/ a thick accent said I needed to call him back immediately because the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and my business. If the IRS needs you, they will send letters. If you get this call. Hang up!!  It's  a SCAM!!

Call from this number saying IRS lawsuit against us. Obviously some type of scam but am not sure what it is.

Got the same call just now. Called number to call them on their scam and some foreign guy answered and was one of the stupidest people I have ever talked to. Got tired of messing with him and hung up on him. Reported the phone number.

Just received a call from the same number.  Individual (obviously foreign) threatening to have a warrant issued.  Or, I could clear up the matter immediately, just by paying the "disputed" amount.  Yeah, right.

607-330-7935 just called me.  Stated that this was my last notification and the IRS was suing me.

7/6/15 Call received. A female recorded voice, computerized. Said I am being sued by the IRS. Told to call this number 607-330-7935. After reading these posts here, I just ignored it. But the call was disturbing nevertheless.

Got a call from 607-330-7935, they asked for my father by name and when I asked what the call was about he said it was "his wife's boyfriend". I told them never to call the house again

said I was to go to the police dept for an investigation that the irs was reporting me! wtf

Caller said that he represented the IRS and would have a warrant for my arrest if I didn't agree to pay money now.  He said it was in violation of section 30a for tax evasion?? He kept on saying that I couldn't get a third party involved. I told him to go F...himself.

Call came through here this morning, but nothing at all showed up on the caller ID. It was a computerized woman's voice, did not respond to conversation, telling me they had been trying to call me repeatedly, and the IRS was filing a lawsuit to sue me, and if I wanted more details to call this number, 607-330-7935. I wish I knew which legal agency to report this to, who would actually do something, unlike the Do Not Call Registry which seems to be a black hole.
