Person has called twice today and no message left.  

Just called, Googled the number and it brought me here. No message left, but the machine recorded a loud hangup noise on the other end. Like from an actual phone.

Got a call this #,(6:15 PM) Mike was the telemarketer said he worked for HCI- Get A Pro, they were calling because our name was on the Federal Home Improvement list to call and the government had just approved $25K for safety home improvements. For everyone on the list. He said it was FHA Title one. He asked me a couple of questions, such as if I was planning on getting windows, bathroom updated, if i was married, worked etc I responded to a few, When I asked the name of the company he said it was HCI, he worked for John Terran (??), company has been around for over 20 years. They work in Wisconsin, Illinois & Iowa and I may have seen the commercials on T.V. 1-866-Get-a-pro(I have not), He didn't work for any peon company (verbatim) .

I explained to him I was a licensed loan originator & was curious how he could offer FHA loans, when the start of the conversation he stated I was on the list to get $25K. He said the loans were through FHA. I asked what lender did he work for and he said he worked for HCI, I asked if they were a lender/bank/broker and he wanted to transfer the call to what sounded like a woman next to him, I said, no - no  I am talking to him. He couldn't answer simple questions someone soliciting/telemarketing should know.  I also told him I was on the DNC list and he said he was calling off a list.  I instructed him to take us off the list and that I would be monitoring my phone before I file a complaint with the State of Wisconsin.

I forgot to write this as well - the caller ID comes up as UNKNOWN, the telemarketer Mike said he didn't work for a peon company I asked him why was his no so peonish company not putting their name on the  caller I.D? State Law requires your company name to be on the caller ID if you are telemarketing.  He said he did not know.

I'm sorry I picked up. When I said, "Hello," the male caller replied, "Yeah, [my first name]?" I warily replied, "Who is it?"  Without answering, he ended the call.  Although the reported calling number is in the same Area Code as Madison (608), the caller ID showed "Out of area."

Caller ID showed name as 'WISCONSIN CALL'. Caller identified his company as "Get-a-Pro" as advertized on TV. I actually first called them four months ago after seeing their TV commercial where they advertise roofing. The commercial was vague regarding who they are and where they are located. During our conversation four months ago, they told me they would send someone in my area who "does the work for them". It sounded like a sub-contract type of situation. When I asked WHO they send out, they wouldn't tell me. I told them no thank you, I will choose a roofing company in my area. So now, four months later, they are calling me back asking if they can come out and give me a free quote for a roofing job. I said I already told them 'no'. He was polite, but acted like he didn't hear me and proceeded to tell me the quote is free, they charge 1/3 less than other companies in my area, they can set up payments with a loan which is backed by the government and their work is guaranteed by the government (although he didn't say which government). He said they have locations in several states, as if that is suppose to make me trust them. I told him I am not interested in hiring them for a roofing job.
Name on caller ID was 'WISCONSIN CALL'. If they are a reputable company, why would they hide their name? Their website is Pro.com; there is no address listed.
I looked them up on the IOWA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU website which shows company's location is Moline, IL, and they have an A+ rating. Still not interesting in using them.

Woman called as asked for me by my first name.   Very friendly and asked if I'd received some sort of post card in the mail.   Initially I thought the caller was someone I knew, etc.  so I, in return, was very receptive to the conversation.   THEN she got into the new windows, new roof conversation, etc.   I now have her number blocked.

Called on November 17th, 2015 but did not leave message.  Stated from Madison, Wis.  After reading the reviews, I will be blocking this number.  We are also on the DNC list for a reason

I received a call today (also 2 days ago but they did not leave a message) and I answered, The woman asked if I was..by name.. and I said yes, then she proceeded to ask if I had remembered getting a post card in the mail from  the Neighborhood Revitalization Program, which I told her I did not receive a post card and we were not interested in getting telemarketing calls since we are on the DNC list and to take our name off the list and not to call again.  She was very polite, apologized and said she would take our name off of their list.  Lets see if that happens

Read received the call from 608-229-1386 at 4:41 today July 20th. A person named Peggy call me by first name she said something about renovation I said I do not want to be called anymore. I am also on the Do Not Call list. Caller ID said Madison Wisconsin.
