Financial Services Head Hunter- Call from Madeline Amory

Sounds like a head hunter to me too...

Insurance sales head hunter. Did not leave a company name on my ans service.

Madeline Amory is the caller. Some type of financial services recruiting. I get them all the time and usually don't return the call. Last time I asked them to take me out of their database. Guess that didn't work.

I have been called twice from this number and only left a persons name to call them back.  When you ask for the company name they tell you ARS Agent Resource Solutions Firm.  Then if you ask for the person who left their name they are on the phone.  You asked to be put on a do not call list and they tell you they are not representing this person but will leave a message for them to call you back.  Several of the other advisors in our office have gotten calls from them as well.  When I told them that what they are doing is unprofessional and misleading that they should identify themselves when leaving a message. They told me I was rude. I asked for a supervisor and was told they would call me back.  No call back.

Rattled off name and # in voice message.  I called back and clarified her name - Doris.  I asked the name of company and she said ARS Agent Resource Solutions, and indicated that she's called here before, " but can't talk right now cuz the other lines are ringing" and HUNG UP ON ME.

Definitely a head hunter. I'd probably talk to one if they didn't lead off with the lie.

Callie Kanson said she was referred but never let me ask any further questions and hung up on me.  From WI.

Received a call on 8/03/2015 at 11:15 AM.  Caller ID shows, "Restricted."  Voice mail was as follows: "Hello (my name), my name is Penny Reed.  Today is July... I mean today is August third.  I'm just trying to follow up.  When you get a free moment, can you please call me?  My telephone number is (608) 396-3072.  Thank you (my name) and you have a good day."  Don't know what she could be following up on since I've never called this number and this number has never previously called me.

Received a shady call from this unknown number and rattled a name off to me telling me that they are following up with me.  Caller was Rene 1/26/16
