Rec'd call from "Christoper Samuels" stating he was calling about a private matter. Said he was from Madison, WI and gave both a toll free 866-240-1377 and a local number to call, 608-661-3075. No doubt a collection agency.

Claims to be Eric Wilson from Madison. Don't know him. Wont call back to hidden numbers!

This is a collection call I blocked my number and called them they were not happy they got a blocked call and would not relay to my why they were calling just to have the person who they asked for to call us back.

Like a lot of you I received a call from "Eric Wilson" from this number. I did a "reverse lookup" on whitepages.com, and although I wasn't able to get an exact address, I got a location on W Wash between N Henry and N Fairchild(see http://www.whitepages.com/search/ReversePhone?full_phone=608-661-3075&localtime=survey). If you zoom in you can see an image of the building. I'll defintely pop by and take a look see.

Okay, the building in question is 222 W Washington. The available businesses located there are listed at http://www.whitepages.com/search/Replay?search_id=63251422814772868219&form_mode=opt_b&lower=1&view=. None of these look like the source for 661-3075. So, we're defintely dealing with a "boiler room operation" that wants to fly below everyone's radar.

Alright Eric Wilson called me today too. Didn't answer and I won't call back unless he says what company he's calling from in voicemail. Sorry buddy

this number is state collections, it means you owe someone some money and you should probably call them back or pay your debt.

This Eric Wilson at 608-661-3075 left me a message too. No company name or what this was regarding. Just left his name and phone#. Caller id had a number of 866-240-1377.  I found this person is associated with "Wisconsin State Collection Agency"

You think he cares? You think he gives a rip? You are a deadbeat who doesn't pay the bills.  Nobody likes a worthless deadbeat loser, so don't flatter yourself.  Maybe one day you'll grow up to be an adult and take responsibility for what you OWE instead of running away from your responsibility.  Oh, time to change your phone number again and hey, get back in line for your welfare check!

Why all the hate for the debtors? Have you noticed that we're in a recession and jobs aren't easy to come by these days? Some people have jobs and are considered "underemployed," which means they have to choose between rent and utilities and food, and paying off debts. Have you heard about all the rich people walking away from their expensive houses (vacation homes, that is) without any guilt? Why should the little people be guilted into paying debts they can't afford when the rich do it too?

Tell that to Bernie Madoff, Goldman Sachs, and all those corporate deadbeats who got millions of our money in handouts!

I'm sick of all the people posting about people who complain about non-stop calls from this number, and others like it, calling them deadbeats, and telling them to get a job and pay what they owe.  I am a receptionist, and I get these calls all the time for people where I work.  I don't know if these companies are legit or not, but they are a waste of my time.  They will NEVER be connected to the person they ask me for, and no matter how many times I ask them to remove our number from their records, they continue to call.  I don't know many companies that would allow these calls to be put through to their employees.

So, just because someone may be behind on their payments, does not mean they are a deadbeat.  They could be, but they could also just have fallen on some really hard times due to the economy.  Kudos to you if you aren't being harassed by any of these annoying companies, but don't hate on the people who are legitimately trying to get back on track.

I got this call too, but I have a SUPER excellent credit rating and no unpaid debts, so I think it could be a scam instead of a collection agency.

Maybe pretending to be a CA and scamming money off people. This dude called my elderly parents looking for me, wtf?
