Called stating it was from IRS.  The message stated that "they had received a case from IRS and before I get arrested or the case proceeds to federal court, I should call some 800 number or to reach the caller directly I should call 609-333-2119. Do not ignore this message......"

Got a call from David Jones and said that he was from the IRS and that there was a claim against me and there was a lawsuit that was going to be filed and asked if I had counsel to represent me.  Knew from the moment that I heard him it was a scam.  You could tell the connection wasn't clear and he had a very thick accent - and he was very very rude. Told him I was a lawyer and he asked for my bar number and I gave it to him and immediately he hung up.  If you call the number his voicemail comes and says he is an IRS officer.  I reported it to the IRS.

I received a call today from a David Jones and this is what he said" Hi my name is David Jones calling you from internal revenue services. The reason why we tried to contact you there is a lawsuit complaint against you. So before your matter goes to court you need to call me. Ca us back on our direct number 609-333-2119. I repeat 609-333-2119. If we don't get a call back from you or your attorney you will be arrested." This is the message that I was left by this David guy.

Got a call also from the same number 609-333-2119 that he is from IRS and should not ignore his calls. I keep getting calls from the same person with different phone numbers. SCAM

I got a call from this number, I knew it was A SCAM, he left a message on my home phone if I do not respond today they file tomorrow a case in order to arrest me. IRS does not call PEOPLE, and an IRS office does not answer phone calls the way these people responded. I am gone report this to the FBI.

I am so happy I seen this. I have been getting calls non stop for the past month from this guy telling me that tomorrow my cases is going to sent to court and I will need to deal with them.dummies!!!

I just received a message from 6093332119, similar message... Indian or Pakistani accent so thick it was difficult to follow, but said something about he was from the IRS and a case being filed/going to court/to call him before any trouble... I actually work for a (legitimate) Collection Agency, where we are VERY compliant w/ the law. This call was FULL of red flags- TOTAL SCAM!  I hope this guy gets nailed!
A point of curiosity was that the message was addressed to my daughter, who recently filed her taxes and is awaiting a refund. I'm wondering whether this is coincidence, or has anyone else who received this call recently called the IRS shortly before receiving this call?

Loan scam. "Your loan has been approved to 5,000 USD". "Are you looking for a loan now ?" No thank you!!!

I've been getting at least one of these calls every couple of weeks for the past 6 months. It's so laughable.  But please be assured that the IRS would NEVER call you. They send any correspondence by US Mail.  And even then, they would NEVER threaten you with arrest or a lawsuit even if you owed them money!  Please rest assured, you are NOT in any trouble.  Do what I do and turn it back on them.  Whenever I get one of these calls, I break out in hysterical fits of laughter and call them all a few select names and threaten them right back!  Once I even said I was a cop and that the call was being traced!  They couldn't hang up fast enough!

I got a call from this number I called back but they did not answer.. I am going to report this number to the IRS.. Whom ever thi mite be they are nothing but crooks.

I keep getting calls from this number asking me if I want to [***] and give him kisses through the phone. Creeper!!!

This is a scam these Indians have been running for awhile.  Forget the government assisting, just to many scams and they just change numbers. The numbers are not real anyway.  If you have applied online for any loan they just purchase your info from the data collectors who say they will find you a loan. The problem lies with the AMERICAN businesses who sell your information. Phone companies who allow spoofing  of numbers and don't work to shut them down. GOOGLE is another company that allows these spammers to flourish.  They read every email and they have the technology to stop these scams from getting out to innocent persons.  Number is 609-333-2219.  ACS is one name they go under

Called but hung up when I answered.
