Just got a call - I answered "hello" three times with a pause in between each time - finally he responded and said something about whether or not I was with Atlantic Electric and whether or not I was the one who pays the bills.  He said he was with another competitor who could offer me a better rate than what I was paying with Atlantic and that I would just need to verify some information.  I told him I was not interested at this time and hung up.  I'm wondering if it was a legit call or if he was social engineering/phishing for info he could use to commit identity theft, etc.

i recieved the same call.. sounded suspect so i just hung up.  it doesn't seem legit.

The caller FINALLY left a message.  I have received several calls from this number, but no message.  He claimed he was a debt collector and needs to have a callback from me.

I got the same call...hello 2 times and they wouldn't talk. My next reply was "It's your dime talk" in a loud tone of voice. The reply was "what gives you the right to have an attitude like that". I then got into an argument. These people are nasty..i called back and spoke to a superviser who was also nasty. I wish i could shoot something through the phone...

Yup......at least twice a week. They always think they have a live line while in reality they have the voice mail. They ask to speak to the person who pays the electric bill.

Got a call from this number a couple of minutes ago, she were speaking Spanish.  I told her "This is America - speak English. The most I could understand was that it was some kind of electric company.

iam sick of this phone call they call all hours of the day.

Just got the same call a minute ago asking who pay the electric bill in a nasty voice so I said not you then hung up I get several calls a week from this number

they call and hang up...it's been going on for three wks now.  They don't say anything...I think I'm  being scammed.

She said she was the electic company. Get calls eveyday

i've gotten the same call, just calls, and didn't answer.

I just got a call today 6-3-11 from that number, I did not answer but called my answering service, and I could hear someone saying "hello", left no other message.
