- Jersey| 3 repliesAggressively calling up to 2x a day - leaving message that they have a $4k package waiting for me. Pulled my name from an entry form I filled out at the AC Convention Center about 3 months ago.
I would think that they would send me a cert letter if I won something that big. - sweepstakes scam replies to JerseyPrize Offers: You Don’t Have to Pay to Play!

A Dozen Ways to Protect Yourself
The next time you get a "personal" letter or telephone call telling you "it’s your lucky day," the Federal Trade Commission encourages you to remember that:
1. Legitimate sweepstakes don’t require you to pay or buy something to enter or improve your chances of winning, or to pay "taxes" or "shipping and handling charges" to get your prize.
If you have to pay to receive your "prize," it’s not a prize at all. - Morgan (apparently)Scam / Bull-- Several people from this number have called repeatedly, sometimes several times in one day. I've never answered, but they leave voice messages stating the same thing as Jersey-- Morgan (not my name, mind you...) has won a large prize at the NJRT and / or Atlantic City convention. There was about a month in between that they stopped calling, but I just got another one.
- KC| 1 replyA scam trying to dump worthless timeshares. Dont ANSWER if you pick up you can try telling them to take you off the list but they might pass it on to other scams as a working number wirh a name.

- PeteYep... aggressive timeshare sellers... Against my better judgement I filled out a form at a county fair. They called *yesterday* afternoon around 3PM and I told them I was rushing out the door and that I wasn't interested. He asked if he could call another time to discuss the details and I (should have known better) said he could try me next week. They called back *this morning* at 10AM.

- Hannah| 2 repliesGlobal Prospect has called me many times before 7/24/14. I answered on 7/23/14. They informed me that I had filled out a form this year in Atlantic City NJ. I have not been to Atlantic City for 15 years. Informed him of this & asked to be takes off their list. Well, 7/25/14 at 12:30 I received 2 back to back both at 12:30 but I called blocked them. So not only do the LIE TO YOU but DO NOT HONOR DO NOT CALL LIST. SO now I am filing a complaint to the FCC each & every time they call me. Sadly I think the Do Not Call List is a joke but I will keep filing complaints until they do their job & end this illegitimate business. Everyone who receives calls from these LIARS should file also.

- Hannah replies to KCFile complaint ever time they call with the FCC. If we all do this the FCC will do something because they will tire of all the paperwork.
- Joey LI replies to Hannah| 1 replyI received the same message today at 12:40 pm by a nice spoken person who told me I had won many things. I made him finish his script and after he said "all you have to do is attend", I said at that point no thank you I already have several timeshares and do not need more. He thanked me and hung up! I have found being nice and giving them the opportunity to say there script before responding is the best thing.
- NYCgirlMissed call from here. Thx to all for feedback. Blocking blocking blocking

- elle7486| 3 repliesI work for this company. It is not a scam. Its a time share presentation. They're going to try to get you to become a member although you do not have to join the package is yours for attending the presentation. if they disqualified you and that's because you don't make enough to purchase the timeshare. It's a shame everybody thinks this is a scam because they walk out of there with airline tickets Broadway show tickets dining tickets $900 in discounted coupons three day two night hotel voucher. And people give that up because they think it's a scam it's a shame.

- elle7486 replies to PDI work for this company. Its not a scam. I recently found this application and decided to see what people are saying. Its a shame people think this is a scam. It's a timeshare presentation. They're going to try to convince you to become a number when you get there. Remember You do not have to buy the timeshare. The gift packet is yours for just attending the presentation and listen to them talk about the benefits of being a time share member. But it's really worth it you get 4 round-trip airline tickets three-day two night hotel voucher a Broadway show tickets dining tickets to use at a casino and $900 in discounted coupons you get all that for listening to them talk about a timeshare and then you walk out of therewithout becoming a member you still walk out of there with that gift package. so if I were you I'd give it a second thought it's really worth it. If I qualified I would go. There's people who go to all different resort timeshare presentations. And they get package after package. All for attending a presentation. js
