Just received a call from 609-948-0971. The recording asked- Are you over $15,000 in debt? If so, press 1 to talk to a rep. Got some b***h on the line. She would not connect me to a supervisor as I requested. I asked her why they do not observe the national Do Not Call list. She said they do. I responded - Then why is this the third call from this number. I too want to know who this is!
i received a call from them saying that the warranty for my vehicle had expired this week, and they had been trying to warn me by mailing and phone calls, and to press 1 to continue. considering I do not even own a car, this is impossible. my sister got the same call. Be very careful! this is a scam!
I sent an email to "shame on you" arnold diaz. maybe some of you should do the same. just happened last night, but i figure THEY may have the means to find out who this is! I'm open to any other suggestions
I received the same call. It was regarding a warrenty for a car, since my warrenty on my truck has been expired for about 2 years and I just purchased a new car I figured a mix up of some sort. I pressed 0 and got a fast busy signal.
The phone rang twice and they hung up but not before my caller ID registered the number. I am so tired of these darned calls. How can we make them stop???
Just received my second call from AMaster Services. The first time it was a recording about a warranty expiring, I did not press 1 because I don't have a warranty with anybody at the moment. The second time I was already on the phone and did not pick up the call waiting, because I saw it was the same number. Not sure how they go my phone number, I just moved in and hooked up this phone a few months ago. I have Comcast digital phone service.
I have been receiving calls from 1-609-948-0971 at night about 8:15pm for a few days now. An operator advises me that my vehicle warranty is about to expire & that I have received several notices via mail & have not responded, to renew my warranty now, I must press 1. There is no other option other that to hang up. So I pressed 1, & a man came on the line requesting the year make & model of my vehicle. I advised him that I actually would like to have my # removed from their call list but the only option avalable was to connect to him. He advised that he could only help me if I provided my vehicle information. I advised him that I don't have a vehicle that needs the car warranty renewed. He advised that he didn't like my attitude & that he couldn't help me. I asked if I could speak with his manager, he advised that he was the manager. I advised him that there is always somebody else. I asked what I needed to do n order to have my # removed from their list, & he hung up. When I tried to call the # back, the operator advises that my call cannot be completed as dialed. I then tried to look for the company online, with no results by number, or the company name that came up on my caller ID.
"They" called my cel phone, but I missed the call. Based on what I read, I'm glad I missed it. Damn these telemarketers! I guess they don't adhere to the "Do Not Call List" thing...
I received a call from the same 800 number, when I answered it, it just went to a dial tone. When I called it back, there was a recording stated that the number could not be connected as dialed.

Interesting. I just got two calls from this number (one yesterday, one today), both of which I ignored because I didn't recognize the number. But I do recognize "Dealer Services" in Wentzville -- in fact, I wrote about them (http://snewpy.com/2007/06/07/) when I got one of their spam postcards in the mail a few months ago.
i answered when this number called me. it was a recorded message telling me that fannie mae was offering special interest rate home loans, and blah blah blah...
I received a call from this number(displayed on phone as AMASTER SERVICE)telling my vehicle warranty has expired. Since I dont own a vehicle, I never dialed 1, which they asked to dial to renew my warranty.
Got a call on my cell phone from 1-609-948-0971 at 7 pm on 10/30/07. Didn't answer since I don't know anyone in New Jersey, but I'm really annoyed at all the sales calls I'm getting on my cell phone.
This number keeps calling me and it is an automated system telling me that my warrenty has expired and that I need to renew it. If I want to renew then I can press 1 to be transferred to a call specialist.
