These folks have called several times. I did not recognize the name so I didn't answer. They're persistent. I don't doubt in the least that they'll keep calling.

They called us too.  Recording.  We have no debts.  

Scumbags.  I filed a complaint on donotcall.gov.  Hope it works.

As with others posting here, they've called our house 2-3 times a week for perhaps 2 months now?  We normally never answer calls we don't recognize, and they never leave a message, but just now I finally answered to tell them to go away.  Got a computerized voice saying "this is not a solicitation, please hold for the next available representative".  Next I heard the clicking as the line was transferred, then another voice said "all of our representatives are currently assisting other clients.  Please hold blah blah blah".  No thanks--gave them 38 seconds of my time which was far too much.

I am a financial analyst and work frequently with credit bureaus, my wife and I certainly don't have any outstanding debts or ID theft cases  (I monitor that for a living...).  I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC.  Now they have me mad.

This company is calling my cell phone leaving a message for some other person, ( Voice Recording)I called it back 5 times and asked them to remove this number from there list, but they must not be smart enough,Plus the last two days they called 5 times

This machine keeps calling claiming they are calling for a legitimate business matter. In fact they are trying to collect money for their own profit. They are collecting for Lab Corp Testing Facilities. Their number is 800-982-6096. Call them every time you get a call from Oxford Collections.
I have found a phone number for Lab Corp company offices in WPB, FLORIDA. 561-432-9827. Here is someone we can call 10 to 20 times a week. I will say I have a legitimate business to discuss too. They are harassing me and my family and we want to discuss this with them.

I keep getting calls from this number despite being on the Do Not Call list.  Will report this there too.

This company has been calling my home for more than a year.  They never leave messages, and I refuse to answer anymore.  Always a recording anyway.  This is ridiculous!

We pick up our mail at a relative's house (long story).  When we changed our phone number, Oxford Management traced the phone number of our relative's house and has been harrassing them and leaving messages.  Now, I understand that there is registered mail for us to pick up there.  What does that mean?  Court?

LabCorp has been mentioned, and that is one of several outstanding old bills that we have.  Backstory:  a few years ago, my husband was fired in what the employment office ruled "wrongful termination."  Therefore, he lost his health insurance.  I'm his wife and am legally fully disabled, so I barely bring in any money.  My husband got sick with what was misdiagnosed with pre-cancer, requiring transfusions every few days for over a year until he had surgery that removed a large tumor, but that cured him as the tumor had not spread.  It was major surgery and recovering took a long time.  All in all, he was our of work 3 years and we had to live on food stamps, help from the church, handouts, and emergency food banks when food stamps ran out for the month.  We have still not financially recovered.  He has a job now, but we can barely make ends meet.  We have no savings, no disposable income, and no money left over after essentials to pay old bills.

The only bankruptcy chapter we qualify for is the kind where you lose everything, and I mean everything.  We would have done this years ago except that I just can't bear to part with things that have such a sentimental value to me... reminders of the few good things in my life.  I know we may have to, though.  But can anyone suggest an alternative?

Now that they've escalated to registered mail, is it too late to pay it (presumably LabCorp) off if we can beg, borrow or steal (so to speak) the money, without going to court?  Needless to say, our credit report is like a long rap sheet as we owe so many people, so we can't get a bank loan.  On my side, I have rich parents but they won't help us, and on my husband's side, they would help if they could but they can't.

What can we do?

Interesting if this is related to Lab Corp - they should NOT have any reason to be calling me but they do, usually once a day for the last 3 months.
I know who Lab Corp is as I worked for a Dr and we sent specimens to them but it was for patients and they never got any of my personal info from that. How did I end up on their 'nuisance' list?

I also keep getting calls from Oxford Management.  The automated message says to dial one to speak with someone but it disconnects each time I tried to get a person.  I have never received any type of mail from Oxford.  If this is such an important business matter than they shouldn't mind sending a letter stating what the matter is.  This is very annoying.  They call all times of the day and night.

same thing.  oxford management trying to chisel you out of your hard earned money, while all they do to earn money is sit on thier a**es calling innocent people and playing world or warcraft.  Bastards.  Leave us hard working red-blooded Americans alone.  Go out and get a real job and be active, useful members of our communities.  Leaches.

Calls everyday but leaves no message.  Most annoying. How can I get it to stop?

I just started to get calls from 1-610-230-7201 , they must have picked my number up from craigslist .
I don't owe anyone anything .

Calls repeatedly and usually after 8 at night. The calls have been waking up  the new baby. I have never been able to reach a person since the calls are after business hours and I am not going to use up my valuable time during their business hours to find out what the problem is. I would like the calls to stop.

i get these call's at least once a week are more  far as i know am i have all bills under control can't under stand why they are calling me i never get any mail from them just calls and if i was oweing  them i would get letter's not just calls plz help

I have been recieving calls from these loosers lately and I have NO debt. Every time they call me I call them back 20 times using various vulgarity and hate talk. I don't know if it will accomplish anything but it sure is nice to give it back to them 20 fold.
