I got a call and no message from this number on 10/4/07 at 5:33 pm. The name just said UNKNOWN . I found it strange because I also got a call and no message on 8/30/07 at 6:49 pm from 610-351-2365 and a call on 8/29/07 at 7:44 pm from 610-351-2370. All say UNKNOWN for name of caller. It seems odd 3 calls and no messages from 3 numbers so close in sequence.

I continue to receive telephone calls from this number.  The calls are harrassing in nature and, to make matters worse, should one call the number to object to the calls, a recording indicates that the number cannot receive calls.  I have advised both Verizon and the Pennsylvania State Police of this issue and have been assured that an investigation is ongoing.

I also received call with no message from this number.  Also, from 2369 and 2363.  All calls were within 24 hours of each other.  All come up unknown and when I picked up the phone, it hung up.

I have received these calls as well,today and yesterday. I didn't pick up in the assumption that they would leave a message but they didn't.

Says unknown. Callling the # gets a recording saying the # does not accept calls.

Yes, this number has called my home several times, and when you say hello, they hang up.  It is annoying and the phone company needs to take care of this.  I did call operator who stated it is a landline in Allentown, PA...

Can't be  much of an investigation as I have received several phone calls from this number in the last few weeks as well.

This number called my house at 7:20 pm on June 26th, 2008.  I said "Hello" and the person said "Wow, I don't even know what that is" and hung up.   I tried to call back, but the number cannot receive calls.

I have received a call from this number also and when called it back it says it can't receive calls.  They never left a message either and it came up as Allentown, Pa.

The investigation seems to have done nothing. It is Oct. 28th 2008 and I have just received a hang up call @ about 6:45 pm... and yes, when I attempted a call-back, it said "cannot receive calls. I will be complaining to my carrier. Perhaps a complaint to THEIR carrier, RCN Telecom Services, might get some action!

I get calls from this phone number periodically and it gets annoying when nobody answers.  Please disconnect this phone number!!!!

Started receiving calls from this number just today.

I received a call from 610-51-2363 asking for policemans ball donations, unfortunaley I gave my name and address.  Now reading all these replies gets me thinking.

GOT A CALL FROM 610-351-2364 DID NOT ANSWER

I also receive these calls.  When I answer, it hangs up.  When I call back, it says, "I'm sorry, the number you dialed can not receive calls. A.L.L. 70 8"  WEIRD!  ...and very agrivating since I live in the 610 area code.

Received call from 610-351-2364. Did not answer. Happens occasionally.

Got a call says its from the local fire company and hung up

i too keep getting these phone calls all the time . i too beleive the police are doing nothing about it

Received call 11-23-10, caller stated Delaware Constables Association soliciting donations. Caller stated I pledged money last year and did not send in invoice with donation. Caller stated that they raise funds annually.

I am and have been on the do not call list for years and that doesn't seem to yeild any results on any phone calls. This one in particular 610 351-23643 -4  etc calls and then hangs up so I think that
maybe they see it on the list and call and hang up just to harass or to cause problems with the bogus fund raiser.
