They are a company called Progressive Financial Services and are some sort of collection Agency.

Caller asked for unknown individual....third time...apparent collection agency call....informed him to remove my number from their file

Very aggressive scam artist.  I am not sure if they are a collection agency or not (previous posted comments) but asked for personal information without identifying themselves.  Not legit.

Received two calls from this unknown number today 12/9/15. No voicemail. Call came out of the east coast when I live on the West Coast. Not sure why a collection agency would call me?
