Didn't know you had to wait to hear something until after the fact. Said "hello" repeatedly and just heard white noise so I hung up. It's been 13 days since I've heard from my boyfriend and wish I had known how things work sooner...can only hope he calls back soon. I don't know what phone accessibility is like in there :/

That's a call from montgomery county correctional facility in Eagleville pa..you have to answer and wait in silence for about a minute before you hear the prompts..it's annoying but I just keep saying hello , hoping it makes the wait a little faster lol

How does it work when you have a cell phone are they collect calls because my phone can accept collect calls how does that work is there another number that he can call from or can I call him please someone get back to me I had this number call me 2 times tonight I went to answer it but as you said no answer on the other line it was very annoying so I hung up and then I called  that number back and it kept ringing and ringing and no answering machine came on please someone get back to me thank you so much

you have to sign up by accessing connectnetwork.com, though I have had problems getting the Montgomery County facility added to my account there.

And thanks to others who posted the info,  I was trying to find out where the call originated from since I wasn't sure if someone was locked up there or somewhere else.
