Someone from this number has been calling for over a week now, numerous times a day, all day, everyday. I answered twice to say they had the wrong number and to please stop calling - could not understand a word the man was saying as their speech was seriously disturbed. My husband answered one time because I couldn't take it anymore and a woman spoke to him - she refused to identify herself. Phone calls from them have escalated since then - major phone harassment.
