Received a call from a man identifying himself as Robin Black, caller ID showed 052-556790, stating we were being "sworn an affidavit" for a supposed cash advance loan that we never received nor applied for. He had my SSN, address, and employer phone. I kept trying to get their company name and phone#, address, fax#, anything and a woman calling herself Kim got on the line and said she was a manager, hung up on me when I called their bluff. So I proceeded to call back a number I found for them online (others have reported this same scam consistently and gave the phone# as 610-886-1206. This is where it gets unbelievable....they all quickly caught on to the fact that I was calling back just trying to get someone on the line to give me company info, and then began to harass me with sexual comments, profanity, and one man claiming to be "Paul" actually started to tell me they would post all my personal info that they had BOUGHT on google for anyone to get, that he would "find me on Facebook" and come to my house, and quoted my address to me. He continued to cuss and call me honey and ask me disgusting sexual questions, and everytime I tried to call and reach someone else I could hear them all talking about me and he would come get on the phone. One lady actually said "it's that lady who keeps calling and ABUSING us". They all sound foreign but this area code is supposedly in PA. Anyone with any info on how to handle this, who to report them to, who they are, ANYTHING, please let me know. I asked "Paul" how he thought they can get away with their scams and he said "honey we can do anything we want, we have your SSN and everything we need, and there is nothing you can do". This is actually very, very frightening to me, they have all my info, where to find me, and talking to me like that does NOT make me feel any safer.

Thank you so much for that information, I just called them and left a message.  Anything to get these phone calls to stop!  Really appreciate the info, I've been trying to find someone I could report this too.  May God bless you! :)

please go to this free government website www.donotcall.gov there you can list all your cellphone and land line numbers- they will send you an email with a link to complete the request- this needs to be done within 72 hrs. There is also a link to file a complaint. Don't let this continue for another minute. Keep in mind that there are people "out there' that are just trying to get a rise out of others- don't let their negative actions ruin your day

Our 3rd phone number was called by this person named Edward Walker stating that he was referrred for a $300.00 cash advance loan. The phone number 610-886-1206. I called the company and a woman with a very thick accent answered.  When I asked her name she said it was Kim Brooks...Right-and my name is Snoopy..I proceeded to ask for their mailing address-she wanted my home phone number.  I advised her she did not need my home phone number for their mailing address-she hung up.  I called back 5 times and was hung up each time-the last call from a man screaming for me to stop calling....I will call the attorney general, the no call list, the better business bureau and the local news..  Something has to be done about this.

I've had the same call but from a Kathy Jones who wouldn't give me any information about this so called loan I've taken out which I haven't.  Cash Advance USA is the Company that is trying collect money which was never loaned.   I asked for information about this loan I took out and "kathy" was able to give me my SSN, phone number, address and said that they'll file suite on me if I don't pay them today.  said I have 3 charges aginst me and I will seek prison time.  What a crock of bull s***.....  She even gave me a case number.. SML643739 which is FAKE and when I asked again for more information she couldn't give me a date on when this so called loan was taken out but she said december 2009. Please id' be in collections if it was then.   and I was then hung up on when I asked to speak to her boss, she said she was the boss I said NO there's always someone above you..

and every since then a guy has called me at work and cell phone DAILY.. I don't know what I should do.. I'm going to try this Homeland security number listed above..

I called Homeland Security and left a voice mail.  I also called the local news channel where I live, put our phone numbers on the do not call list and called the Better Business Bureau.  I am sorry to say that there was no response from any of them.  If I hear back from one of them I will post it.

Thank you everyone for all the postings.  I contacted the department of homeland security.  this company is out of india and they have others in other countries such as malasia, brazil extra.  contact your attorney generals office and your states department of commerce.  There is not much they can do unless the company sends you something in writing.  But they can bug them enough to possibly get them to quit call us.

I to have gotten harrasing phone calls from Thomas Wilkins, and got a hold of MGR Edward Walker.
They call my work and now my parents and won't stop harrassing them. He kept telling me we are talking to your references now ...I asked why you have me on the phone. The minute I asked for their mailing address they hung up and I kept calling back. Would just get profanity yelled at me and then they would hang up. Same number 610-886-1206. I want it to stop. I have no idea where they get their info from and why something can't be done.
