I didn't answer the call

this is a company called omni financial  380 interlocken crecent Broomfield, colorado 80021  they also have an 800 540 0433 number.  they have callel my number at least 30 times  and they continue to call even after i called them  and requested they stop. i spoke to a woman at extension 1283  i gave her my name  and my company name. she asked if i wasd an officer in the company, i said yes. then she asked for my phone number and i said that she obviously already had it  then she hung up on me.

610 area code is Allentown/Philadelphia area, how can they be out of Colorado?

Called about 10:30am, Thursday.  Left no message.  I called them back several times but they wouldn't identify their company nor what the reason for their call was.  As I kept asking them to identify themselves, and they would not, they would get rude with me and hang up.  One of the operators at the number told me that she "don't have time for these games" before hanging up.  In addition to logging a complaint with my cell phone carrier, I am also logging a report with the FCC.

They called asking for somebody who owned this property two owners ago. They would not identify themselves and got rude when I asked who they were. They have called several times in the past. The former resident (he lived here three years ago, according to tax records) seems to have financial problems. We still get bills for him.

Called them and told them that the person they keep calling for doesn't live here!!! They kept calling my house like 3 times a day! They don't leave messages! Also they don't want to say who they are! The lady that answered my phone call after I called them back said that she'll remove my number!! We'll see if they really did remove my number or they were just B.S.ing!

Has called at 9:15am on 10/31/07 and at 9:25am on 11/1/07.  Called them back and got a little jingle followed by a woman saying "Thank you for calling, how may we help you?"  Hung up on her.

Has called several times in past few days, again this AM at 9:11.  I don't answer calls that are "unknown caller" or numbers I don't recognize.

This number has called my home several times...a day.  I never have a message from them and do not owe anyone any money.  Confused as to who this could be but I never answer it.

I have received (but not answered) a call from phone number 610-916-7261 ten times in the last week (Nov 5-12), usually between 10am and 11am or around 7pm. They have left no message. (I do not answer calls from unfamiliar numbers unless the caller leaves a message.)

I have been getting calls from this number for the past two weeks, usually mid-morning and after 5 PM. They said in a recording that the message was for my daughter, who passed away from cancer last July. They leave no message. I am happy that they displayed their number, because I am going to use the Call Block feature the next time they call. I live in Frederick, MD, about 3 hours drive from the Philadelphia area.

I have had so many calls from this number that today I answered it. It was a collections company who claimed I owed $ for a bill my insurance compant paid 2 years ago.
Extremely rude and beligerent on the phone-also used the "I don't have time for these games" line before they hung up on me. I have proof that the claim was paid but they tried to intimidate me into paying again and trying to get the $$ back from my own insurance co (who paid the bill already).

From their listed corporate phone number, it is probable that they have block of 610-916-xxxx numbers. The specialty fits, because my daughter left a number of unpaid medical bills: cancer care is expensive.

It sounds like this company is pushing the envelope of the FDCPA for a number of you people. The above URL will minimally tell you how to get them off your back, and you may even get lucky and find you have grounds to sue them. Good luck!
