I see this number on my phone also as of 10 a.m. this morning.  Recognized it as an Mlps/St Paul area code.  No message left.  I did get a message from Xcel Energy later regarding tree removal in our area, and Xcel has a location in the Cities, so it might have been in connection with that.  I'm in Wisconsin though, not Minn.  That call came in from their normal 800 number which I have in my contact list, so their call shows up with the Xcel ID.

I received a call at 10:48  am showin the ID as "Unknown" number.  The message they left asked for me by name and said it was from a Health Care advocate and to return the call by dialing 88.  The answer message said it was U Care but then disconnected.  I do have U Care but that is not one of their call numbers that I am aware of.  So my call experience is left with ???????s

This call is from "My Advocate" supposedly on behalf of UCare. According to the message, they can help with Medicare part B assistance and wanted me to start an automated screening process on the phone. I hung up and blocked the number.

I had some experience with them several years ago.  They called several times a day.  I finally answered and the guy wanted my SS#. Told him I wasn't giving out any information, and to stop calling me.  He told me they didn't have a do not call policy, that they weren't required to have one, and wouldn't take me off any call lists with my first giving him all my information.  They are located in Florida is some dumpy building.

9:42 AM   Received a call from Social Services.  I answered, it rang once and man came on asked if he was talking to "xxx", I said yes.  He identified himself as "xx" with "MY Advantage".  First red flag when the caller ID does not match the company name.  He claimed he was calling on behalf of my Health Insurance Provider and that the call was being recorded.  He asked if I agreed to this and I said yes.  He then went on to say that this was not going to cost me anything (another red flag since no company does anything for free these days), and that i might qualify for certain "State Sponsored Programs" (third red flag since the state would contact me if I did).  I told him flat out that I did not qualify for any state programs, so he said could he have my name, address, birth date and SS# (fourth red flag), I told him no I do not give out that information since he called me.  Now here is where it gets really interesting.  He told me that if I did not supply that information, he could not remove my name from the call list and i would keep getting calls.  I informed him that he had to add my name to the list regardless.  He said they have no list.  I told him that they were required by law to have both an internal and external no call list.  He told me that because if HIPAA he could not be sure who he was talking to unless I provided the requested information.  I told him I didn't know who I was talking to because the caller ID said Social Services not My advantage.  He said "Have a nice day"  Click.

So referencing back to my October 7th post on Page 12, I had told the person I was talking to  put me on their do not call list (I am already on State and national). He refused saying that they were not required to have one which is in conflict with Federal and State law.  So i see that my phone has blocked 2 calls in the last two days from them.  So i guess I will have to do a little expose on them right here, as well as send them a certified letter.
My Advocate has a simple web page with no contact information on it:  https://www.myadvocatehelps.com/
It does however say that they are part of Altegra Health which list an address in Miami Lakes, FLA:  http://altegrahealth.com/about-us/contact/
They seem to be buying up these companies since they also own Social Services Coordinators whose caller ID comes up as simply Social Services.

Thanks for the info.  Might be beneficial to contact Ucare or whoever they claim to be working with and let them know of these unethical phone practices.

Robocall says they are calling from "My Advocate" on behalf of UCare.  They knew my name but foreign dialect could not pronounce it.  Said they wanted to help me with Medicare Part B and wanted to do an "automatic screening process" at which point I hung up.

CID said U-Care so I decided to take the call being they had called two days in a row and I do have U-Care even though it seemed strange that they would call at 7:30 in the evening. Like others, the caller said U-Care my advocate in what seemed to be prerecorded dialog.  I was told they could check to see if I qualified for Medicaid ( not likely). The recording wanted  me to say  "yes" to answering some questions to get me set up with them with no option to say "no".  I said "no" in my louder voice and hung up.

Just received a call from this #, didn't  recognize the #, so didn't  answer. In looking this up here sounds like UCare is giving  information about people to 3rd party vendors, I think this should be stopped. There is a so called HIPPA privacy law, but your information  doesn't  seem very private, will block this #, anoying.
