a hang up no message - call back and it is busy

They keep calling and they stay shut and keep hanging up on me.

Caller phones, waits a moment after I say: "Hello," and then hangs up. When I phone back, there is a recorded message advising that the voicemail box is full.

I have received 8 calls from this number in two days at the following times: 7/13 12:25pm, 7/13 7:56pm, 7/13 7:57pm, 7/14 12:18pm, 7/14 6:29pm, 7/14 7:06pm, 7/14 8:26pm, 7/14 9:32pm. I answered two of them in the beginning and there was no one on the other end. When I tried calling back it went right to voice mail saying the box was full. Please make this person stop calling me!

It's a scam call. I've gotten many calls from them in the last couple days and after the 3rd time answering this woman says I've been receiving magazines and paying a monthly fee. I say "I'm not receiving, nor am I paying for any" She hangs up. People who say that are just trying to "verify" your credit card info, but never actually had it and are trying to get a hold of it. Don't give them any information.

Started receiving phone calls on July 12, then repeatedly on July 13,14,15. Same thing every time. They ask for me my name if I acknowledge they hang up. If I call back the mail box is always full. Who are these people. Looked up on yellow pages and white pages a company with an  unlisted number. Called the FCC they are not breaking any rules call your phone company. Thanks again to our federal government it's okay to harrass senior citizens.

Found it. Broadwing Communications LLC, out of Hennepin, Minnesota. Call 512-742-3700 and ask for the complaint department. They don't know who this number belongs to they sell phone numbers for all the main communications companys ( AT&T ) I have informed them that I am on the National do not call list and about the harrassing phone calls. They are supposed to take me off of the list but we will wait and see.  PLEASE CALL AND COMPLAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's pretty bad when they don't even know who is calling me.

my 4th call for magazines. I'm on the national do not call list.
Check the info. a diff # called me-321-872-3222 after I learned this and
I asked the guy for business name "Readers' Service" and a telephone # to reach someone in charge "800-630-6050". The number only had a message "to talk to someone call 800-979-7900"    I called that number and it was a sex talk hot-line.

I missed a call from this number.  I'm on the National Registry.  Appartently it's not helping.

Called my cell phone twice today. left no messages

Every day for about a month I get a call about magazines I have never ordered . Ask them repeatedly to take me off their list. They still call.

I have been receiving the same phone calls and have told them to put me on their "do not call" list.  They say they are calling to update my address for my magazine subscriptions--I have no mag subs.  They say I am paying for them.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.  They also say they can't get you off their list unless you give them some personal info to talk to  their supervisor.  WHAT A SCREWED UP WORLD>

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from this number when call back can't leave message this is getting to be real annoying.

Yep, I got the EXACT same call today!!  I screwed up and let my birthday slip out to get to the supervisor, but that was it.  Thankfully, I have never paid for any magazines, and I canceled the credit card my credit card in question to make sure of it.  How pathetic to keep calling and hanging up when they've never even gotten a cent out of me!  

I hope they cannot start getting to the credit bureaus and making false claims that way.  I really don't want to have to change my cell phone number, but am considering it. I'm not used to feeling helpless, and am irate that law enforcement cannot seem to take steps in light of the HUGE number of complaints I'm seeing all over the internet about this.  When it hits the fan, I hope these people go to jail!  They really sound like they are calling from within the States

I've gotten the same calls from that number around the same times.  I just got off the phone with them.  All they say to me is Wow, or haha and they hang up.  When I call back the mail box is full...I have no idea if it's a scam and anyone calling back will have 100 dollars extra on the phone bill..It's starting to freak me out!  I wish I knew how to block numbers.

I've received several calls from this number, although they don't hang up they also don't say anything, but I can hear someone breathing. I thought it was some weirdo and sure enough reverse look up had no results. I'm actually relieved to see this thread detailing about magazines!!

Called me several times and I finally answered. They said that I ordered several magazine subscriptions from them and they need to verify my information. He told me my telephone number and full address. He wouldn't tell me what magazine subscription I was subscribing too. I said I wanted to speak with a manager and he said not w/o answering several questions. I told him to tell me the questions (but I refused to answer any). They are looking for credit card information, marital status, and to verify your home address and telephone number. Definite scam....DON'T PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY INFORMATION. HANG UP! They didn't give me the company name so I can't report them to BBB. If you know it...report them ASAP!

I keep receiving calls regarding magazines I did not order, do not want, yet the caller perpetuatually calls, at least once a month.  These calls come in on my wife's cell phone.  Yes, this is a scam.  He insists I receive these magazines.  I do not, do not want them and suggest he take the name and number off his calling list (she is already on the no-call list).  I have not done in depth investigation, however, when researching the number, came across this website.  I will be digging further into the phone number I do have and when I have the city from which it came, will contact the Better Business Bureau of that city as well as the District Attorney's Office.  I suggest other victims do the same.

I never answered but i when i called back it went straight to vmail saying its full
