- And one more...| 1 replyYet another call from the security company that wants to put a sign in your yard and starts each call with "Hello. The FBI reports a break in every 15 seconds..."
Yet they company never identifies it self on the phone, and refuses to stop calling. - HillaryJust received 3 calls within 5 minutes from this number ((612) 351-3204
MN, USA). No message left. I wanted to check the number before calling back, which brought me here. - Really annoyed replies to And one more...Got a second call from these same scum bags exactly one hour after the first one.
I wish our business had a way to block these numbers. - LilyI picked up but didn't say anything. I heard a sound like someone was on the other end. Didn't say anything either. After a minute, the person hung up.
- ANONJust received call from this number on my CELL#... As usual, the SCAMMERS/SPAMMERS ROBO DIALERS do not leave any message.

- JohnJust received a call from this on my cell phone. If they are trying to sell home security and don't say who they are, is this not a security threat once calling back to revile to the unknown caller what security practices are currently implemented at any given residence? For all we know, they could be fishing to come rob you!

- VicI received a call twice in a row in about 1 minute, it was a number out of my area and an area I didn't know so I presume it is a kind of a scam, telemarketing or collector call so I did my search, I received it in my cell phone that is connected to my google account, so I decided to marked as spam but, when I call them it says "Welcome to our customer management communication platform, it appears that you've contact by one of our representatives.. ... bla bla bla " it appears one robotized telemarketing thing, bc they didn't give any clue what kind of company or name or some kind of identification.

- JHM| 2 repliesI get a lot of calls from these a$$ clown$ - they will play the robo-call, you can press this number to speak to someone or press that number to (supposedly) be removed from their calling list - which will NEVER work for you. If you choose the option to be removed, you get a response that it could take up to 72 hours to be removed.
If you choose the option to speak with a live baboon, then you are directed to a live body who will then 'screen you' for some proper answers before you can proceed to the next level.
No questions. They will just hang up on you.
Don't own your own home? Dial tone also.
Currently have an alarm? Dismissed.
*****And BTW, if you answered that one with anything besides 'yes' you should have your genitals removed by a rusty axe -should they reside on the outside of your feeble-minded body. Just hang the sign out that says "Welcome criminal element - our valuables are in the ________!!!"******
Once you get past that gate keeper, you will then be transferred to a company who is local to you, that PAYS for these types of leads, either on a subscription basis or a per-lead fee, to then be placed on their appointment schedule for a visit by a live body.
If you have the intestinal fortitude you can do as I have in the past and actually meet with this low-life scum that use these deadbeat marketing tactics to try and win customers. I have had such fun with some of these, and at other times felt absolutely sorry for some of these schmucks that are getting ripped off by these lead companies for having to pay for people like myself who are total pricks and wouldn't even pee on them if they were on fire.
MOST of the business owners I have encountered who use these 'lead generation' services are actually as scummy as the companies who make the calls. They aren't licensed, aren't bonded and most times are just some fly by night operation that gets paid a percentage to make the install and then move on to the next one. The company providing the monthly monitoring service is the big winner. They usually like to get a contract for at least 24 months - with a HUGE fee to break the contract should the victim decide to cancel the service early.
Lots have been roving installers working an area for a few months only to move onto greener pastures once the business dies down. So if you get these wheezers to put in your service and later you have a problem, good luck on finding them. I've had vehicles show up with plates on them from the West Coast - and I am on the East Coast. Some weren't even valid any longer. One had Michigan plates, an Ohio Inspection decal on the windscreen and decals on the doors from Indiana. Where would you start looking for this idiot?
I would personally NEVER use any security company that would market themselves in an illegal manner - if they'll break the simple laws - what else are they doing wrong? How could you trust them with YOUR security?- Caller: ...the FBI has reported that this is a scam...

- J replies to JHMI am not even sure why, but your post was the best thing I've read in a long time. You've got talent.
- JTJHM has valid points and I am impressed with as far as he has taken his investigations.
I receive at least 3-4 calls a day from these jerks and from different numbers and everytime I am hung up on when asked to be removed from their list. I put my number on the FCC Do not call list, but that has not help! I also reported them to the FCC twice now, that probably won't do any good either. Maybe if we all report them we can get some attention. Good luck to all us of who are being harassed because they will just keep calling from another number. Report claims to: www.fcc.gov/complaints- Caller: Home Security Services - so they say

- bevStarted receiving multiple calls after I got a "smart" phone. Old school flip phone was not a problem.
- JF| 1 replyReceived call, didn't answer because I checked this page while the phone was still ringing. Figured it was a telemarketing scam, I get a lot of these calls from random numbers nowadays, it seems to have picked up over the past few months.
