    robocall from    612-961-8522 caller ID said "Twin Cities MN" on Wednesday 12-23-15 @  1056 AM

    answered on 3rd ring and NO one was there.

    the Service Provider is supposedly NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC
    called the number back  got the following message -
    "the number you called is not a working number. Please check the number and call again."

    spoofed number = SCAM
