this call was for duct cleaning, again, we get calls from the same person for duct cleaning 3-4 times a week from different numbers every time.

A few calls every week from 613-230-2563. Sometimes there is no reply.

They just don't give up trying to sell me their duct cleaning services despite the fact that I have repeatedly asked them not to call. I have also reported them a number of times to the CRTC for violating the "Do Not Call" list over the past months (if not close to a year), but I have not heard a "peep" from CRTC about their investigations

Is the "Do Not Call" list even being enforced or is this another example of the Harper Gov't just mouthing the words without following through with effective actions???

They continually call from this number, most of the time there is no one on the other end of the line when you answer the phone.  On occasion someone has answered the phone and the person on the other end of the line is inquiring regarding duct cleaning. They have been told on several occasions that we recently had the ducts cleaned and we do not want them to call any further.  The phone calls keep coming at all hours of the day and night most of the time no one on the other end.

They also give out a fake number and they gave the name 'Solo Home Services' when I asked them the name of the company... which is fake (unless we're getting calls from a company in the UK).

Another call from this duct cleaning company, I keep telling them I don't have any ducts in my house. What is this scam?  I had to tell the guy on the phone 3 times I don't have any air ducts to which he finally just hung up on me.

Standard duct cleaning scam.  Caller with a thick accent trying to find the "owner of the house" for duct cleaning.  I hung up.

They just called me again.  This time they choose not to speak.  I put the phone down on the counter and walked away.  The phone did not disconnect for a while so I left them hanging.  After about 20 min or so, I hung up.

Scam. Not calling from in Canada. Province can't do anything about them as the DNC really has no affect on a company that is just going to rip off your credit card numbers anyways so there is not much you can do.

When ever I try to call back, it says number not in service! They called me many times! Don't know how they found my number since I am on the no call list!!! This no call list is useless many people are calling me from various companies! I reported a few but I don't think it does anything!

Anyway, overall, it is frustrating but it seems there is nothing we can do!!!

That's how they got your number---from the do not call list!!! We are not on it & no-one calls us.

after 2 years of these calls, sometimes 2-3 times per week I have had enough.   I booked an appointment.  They gave me a follow-up tel # (613-608-4475).  I tried it and it is not available.  It's bogus.  When the "technician" shows up at my door tomorrow I will get their license plate # and any other contact info and report them to the police.  Eventually a harrassment charge will be laid against them.  Enough is enough.  I will waste their time as they have mine.  If everybody does this perhaps they will learn.

When I answer the phone no one responds. Just sounds like a room full of telemarketers.

I had been constantly getting phone calls from those "Duct Cleaning Services". Everytime they called, someone was there. The last three times I would tell them to remove me from the list and yet I would still get calls. The last time, which was about 3 weeks ago, I told them that I have been telling them to remove me off their list, that I was registered on the National Do Not Call List, and that it was illegal of them to contact me. They apologized and never called again!

I forgot to add that this is definitely an international call as the code in front of the number was 01144.

They have continued to call me despite the fact I've told them I live in an APARTMENT!!!! I have also told them if the call again i will report them to the better business bureau. They stopped calling until recently. They called last night and I had an argument with them AGAIN!!! So what do they do? They called again today and I hung up!!! I'm fed up with these people. I too am on the do not call list and they are the ONLY people that call me as telemarketers!!!

okayyy. Nevermind, they are calling me again, but no one is on the other end.
