This number calls virtually every day.  One day I picked up the phone but there was not a sound.  I didn't say anything.  Eventually it hung up.  Sounds like a robot caller.  So I simply ignore.  Never a message left and sometimes the name shows as unknown or as simply the number.  My guess a spammer.

I refuse to answer these calls double numbers  . stop calling and bugging us .

I blocked them a long time ago but they still phone 1-2 times daily...they're probably from some village who lost their village idiots.

Every single day!!!!! This is harassment.... This needs to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have this number blocked, and keep getting blank voicemails on my cell, several in the past week alone. If it is for the Conservative Party, it makes me seriously consider cancelling my membership with them and voting for any other political party.
