calling about law suit against me - request a call back - think its bogus

Robo call - stating Canada Revenue Service and serious lawsuit being filed against me.  Call for more information.  Obviously a scam.

Robo call - Call this morning at 11h23.  It is a scam because they dont give the name and they are saying that there is lawsuit being filed against me.

This is a scam. They are posing as Revenue Canada saying there's a serious lawsuit against you. block the call.

If this number calls you, it is a scam.  do not call back.  If they repeatedly call, call 1-888-495-8501 or the www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca.  File a report so we can stop these people from harrassing others.

They just called me, with the same message, I started to laugh, someone should explain to them that the government would never call about a lawsuit in a recorded message and would never say have a blessed day, though I am tempted to call just to see what the scam is.

I called them back and a dude with a heavy East Indian accent picked up the phone. I told him to go f...himself and stop bothering people. Felt really good!

An east Indian accent pretending hes a officer jason clark...don't believe him hes f...idiot there is no east indian name jason clark....hahhhaa. First he makes me nervous then after hes harrasing me to give him a money right away. blalalala f...you.

I  just turn 50 and was warned by a friend who had the same spiel done to him almost daily in March when he and his twin brother turn 50.
50  seems to be the  target number.
Let them  call back  and i will  answer them  with a  spiel of my own.

I'm glad I investigated it on the net and saw your posts. I also got two calls within half hour a few minutes ago, with a recording that gave the name "Sergina Gomez" and the 613 number. First i went on the CRA directory to find out if the person is an employee. which did not came up in the listing nor the number. Afterwards, i looked up the area code on Google that found Ottawa and Kingston. Then i tried calling the number and got a recording saying that the number is a long distance number, so i should put a 1 before the numbers. Finally, I searched the entire number on the net and found your posts. Now am able to relax. Thanks guys for posting this information.

I have had repeated calls from this number claiming to be Revenue Canada...nothing but bull!     You think they would quit calling when they know they can't scam you...dumb [***]!  Ignore them
