It's a collection agency. Recording says it is Accounts Recovery Corporation.

I have a brand new cellphone and keep getting calls from this number.

I got a call today from this phone # and I note that this is the same "outfit" that called under phone # 855-499-3613 (ARC), again, today!

ARC keeps calling for someone who doesn't live here. Not only do they call 3-4 times a day, they call at 7:00am!!!! I've had it!

It's ARC, they call from a bunch of different numbers and harass you.  Just get a call blocker for your phone, I just keep adding them to the list as they try new numbers lol, I don't get bothered by them anymore unless they randomly try a new number which is easily looked up and added to the blacklist.

This number keeps calling my cell number and won't stop its getting to be 10 times a day at any time .Even thought I told them I do not owe any money to them and to please stop

by law in Ontario. Now  the above people will fine them. If they contact you just have proof.Of sending letter email.etc.
