613-777-0089

Some called and it sound like a machine  recording saying its from Revenue Canada that there is something wrong on my account.  The caller left a number 613 777 0089 when I called that number there was no answer then I went on an google the number and found out theres crazy callers leaving annoying others.

Got a phone msg from 613-777-0089 mentioning needing confirmation for an affidavit.
Did not pick up and when called back the number to verify said "all circuits are busy"

Seems like a scam

This number called our phone and left a message--something about an affidavit.  It was hard to understand as it was jumbled and "breaking up",  and a name was never mentioned--neither theirs nor ours. We are NOT calling back. So sick of having to screen calls because of scammers.

It was a machine telling me that there was an Affidavit was being drawn up with my name on it---Tried to phone back and the number was always busy----!-613-777-0089

Canada Revenue Agency would not leave a message like this.  Definitely a scam.  When I called the number, it rang a dozen times and no one answered.

Received message from this number. Mentioned CRA and affidavit but very hard to understand. Broken English. I made numerous attempts to return call but busy each time. Luckily, I then decided to google the number.

Received the affidavit msg too - hard to understand as well.  Did not call back but googled instead.  Found this website.

Got this call today to.  Saying its Revenue Canada.
Number cannot be completed as dialed. so it's BS

I called back too - just rang and rang.   Call said something about an affidavit  GRRRR

We also got this message. Seemed pretty suspicious so looked up the number and found this. Def won't be wasting my time calling back

Just received this same message.
Tried calling numerous times hiwever goes right to mobile VM.
Someone with broken englogh names Michael Johnson left this message.
Shorlty after, another recording called & left a confirmation number.  Has anyoke received the 2nd message from a female voice?!

Confirmed with CRA that this call is not legit. CRA would send a letter in both official languages and not leave an automated message like this.

A scam - overseas boiler room pretending to be Revenue Canada - downright nasty trying to convince you that you owe money and you will be arrested if you don't pay up - this is the second 613 area code spoofed number I've seen within a week - please spread the word, call police non-emerg # and warn your elderly family /friends - we've had some folks taken by these scammers

Recently received an automated message presumably from CRA about preparation of an affidavit. Just remembered and decided to Google some of the digits since of what I remembered from the number that showed up on my phone  - 613 777. Then I realized that we were not the only ones receiving these calls. The number is, indeed, 613 777-0089. Tried calling back today, but it rang without an answer. These scams come in all shapes and sizes!
