Missed call

Repeated abuse when talking to these people. They were threatening and rude.

614-212--5298 it is Commenity.

Multiple calls daily as early as 830 and as late as 900, uses multiple numbers and  different area codes thinking receivers are stupid enough to pick up unknown area codes. Simple, if it is not an area code you are expecting just do not answer it. Messages are never left. Their idea is to call you so much you get tired and pick it up, but then there is no answer if you do, please remember that these are autodialers and if you pick up or your answer service starts with "hello" it assumes you are home, then it sets up auto dialing even more at the time you picked up every day, eventually it is supposed to send a file on you to a debt collector then looking at the logs they will then start calling you in person and believe me when i say,they then become and are very nasty,,,, very nasty. For example: " Hello we see you finally are home, hopefully you came from a job, you owe us late payments on...........( blank) accounts .... Since you are working when can we see them" or Hello, you are ( blank) months/ payments behind, we will not stand for any more delay, pay me today,, or we will send the Police to first seize the ( blank, blank, blank) you bought ...as stolen ... Since you never paid for it, then prosecute you in to court and possible jail time and liens"  first you may get a sweet voice  saying / asking when will you be able to pay, but that is just buttering the toast. Do not be fooled. Commenity or any other company using this phone bank for the same purpose are all up to just being no good.

Commenity- Called me on a Sunday. Isnt that against collection calling rules? I also get many calls every day of the week up to 5 or more. Very harassing, I never answer.

Called & hung up. No voicemail. 3rd time calling today from 3 different numbers. Account has already been paid.

These idiots call me from 7 AM to as late as 11 PM.  In Missouri, collections laws read they can call between 9 AM to 9 PM and weekends are off limit.  Also, once you do talk to them and tell them to NOT CALL you any more, they have to honor that request.  They don't follow the Missouri collection laws.  They also called me 3 times on Easter Sunday and on May 27th they called my phone 17 times!  I am keeping the call log to prove it as I've gotten the forms from my State Attorneys General office to file a formal complaint.

Never leave a message and I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know.

Obnoxious is a polite way to describe these calls. Harrassment is more accurate.

Calls me more than 10 times per day. I never answer and they never leave a message.

I don't even have an account with Commenity, so don't know why they're calling. I don't answer any number I don't recognize & they don't leave a message.

They call asking for my adult daughter. They are somewhat rude! Act like they don't believe me when I say she isn't here!
Caller ID says Comenity. This company showed on my ID under 3 different numbers today!!!

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
