Call two times and doing leavea message

called looking for someone with the same first name as me who had an overdue bill!

I keep getting phone calls from this number.  They never leave messages.  They do not speak after I pick up.  My number is on the do not call list.

Voice recorded message came on and stated that "this is not a call for Solicitation please stay on the line" or something like that. Then a female came on the line and askd for the person the phone was listed under by first name only.  I said they were not home and they hung up.

Calling me too.  Area code is Columbus, Ohio.  I have NO clue who it is.  Anyone?

it is victoria secret calling about your account... no idea why they won't leave a message!

Phone call is voice-activated.  An actual operator does not connect unless you first answer your phone.  I do not have a Victoria's Secret card but do have a Macy's and Maurices.  I believe they are a collection agency for many different credit cards.  They call on any day, Monday through Sunday.  I am currently up to date on both of my credit card payments and they are STILL calling about 5 times, with maybe 10 min. between calls.  I just open my cell phone and say nothing.  It automatically hangs up!

Calls then wont give voice message

WFNNB is a finance company for major department stores (such as Victoria's Secret,Express, Macy's...) if you have a credit line through a major department store and you owe them money they will call you. it's voice activated and only connects you to an operator if you answer the phone.

This number is World Financial Network...It is a credit card co.  The service cards for stores like The Limited, Express, and NY & Co

Could be Express, The Limited or NY and Co

I received 8 calls from this number on Saturday and they started again on Today.  Until I read your comments I was hesitant to answer for most of the same reasons.  However, my credit score is important to me and with the chance of any fraudulent activity I chose to answer the phone.  It is voice activated and you get a human quickly.  Come to find out, they had the wrong number.  Hopefully the calls have ended.

Been getting this number calling me all day yesterday (4/14/08) and starting again today. No messages. I do have a VS CC but usually when they call me, they leave a voice mail. Why not now I'm curious? I'll call them myself just to be sure, but I'm not giving out personal info to a number I'm not sure about.

i got a call from Ebony saying I needed to pay my Victoria's Secret bill - I am not behind.  i have also been getting emails every week from their bank - WFFNB - wanting my to log in and pay online.  If this is a real organization why doesn't show on my caller id?

Victoria's secret related, won't connect me to a supervisor/manager and callers have started arguments and have even insulted

calls repeatedly morn, noon, night, even tho number is blocked on our phone- answers to World Financial Network and we are on the DoNotCall List
