This is a collection call from World Financial.  They try to make the call seem urgent by referring to themselves as "Agent" and demanding a response from either you or your attorney.

I just received a threatening message also stating that she was "Agent ____" and that if I didn't have an attorney involved I should. This collection tactic is not legal and I am going to report them to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

They called MY cellphone # asking for my husband and left a message threatening some sort of legal action...I wish  would have answered the call....I could use some stress relief right about now!

they called my number as well..this is agent??..same thing threatening me as well..i offered to give them a certain amount at that time but "THEY" refused!!!..so in my books i was trying to work with them...so there loss..."THEY" will not get a penny from me..call all they want don't bother me..keep phone on silent...

An "agent" called my house at 6:15 in the morning, fishing for someone else's debt.  Then she got annoyed when I was pissed at the intrusion.  Their research is shoddy and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

I got a call on my cell phone this morning, that I didn't answer, but judging from the comment section above, I'm glad I didn't! I don't owe anyone anything & resent these people calling my cell phone number.

This "Agent" so and so has left her oh so scary messages on my phone 2 days in a row. I'm done with them people I tried to work it out with them before this and they didn't want to. Tryin to scare me with talks of attorney...lol! I ain't just fall off the turnip truck this ain't my first rodeo. I'll wait til they send it to an outside collections agency to pay cuz usually you get a better deal with them folks!

received three calls today and the last one coming at 10 pm....I am in North Carolina in the military and have a Washington number.....they were rude and stated they were looking for Angie which was the wrong number.  Clerk stated I would not be removed from the listing because that was the number that was on the account.  Had this phone for six years and I don't even know any one with this name.

This number is realy pissing me off....seriously, freaken calling me 4 times every day?!?!  Get a damn life!!  I don't know who this is..I don't have a credit and have been checking constantly if any one has used my name and got in debt...nope, nothing.  They better stop.  Speak of the devil, they just called me...igggnooore

They call themselves "Recovery Specialist Ospi" now! What a joke...like I don't know. She says in the vmail that she has yet to hear from me or my "legal representation". Umm, it's the first time you have called, so why would you hear from someone else? Duh! I'm going to make them an offer they can't refuse...NO MONEY!!! hahahaha!

Some [***] scumbag named Andrew called my office number and left the same type of message, that I should seriously consider hiring legal counsel.  Told him to f-off, my wife's a lawyer (the truth).  Sometimes things take priority over credit card bills.  Better luck next time, dirtbag

You're right.  The more these morons try to pretend they're police or lawyers, the more you know they're desperate.  Let it go to an outside agency or legal and settle for 40 cents on the dollar.  Screw them.

Smith Shu(?)-Snyder left ugly message that if I did not return her call or have attorney call bu 8 pm .  She would be making a final recommendation on my behalf.  How [***].   I f some really wants a call back, they will reference what call about.  However , these are collection guerrillas and this their form of intimidation.  This is a holiday and poor slob is working.

These [***] have been calling my phone for several months looking for someone with the same last name as mine but I don't know who they are looking for. They are rude as hell but what they don't realize is I am about to take time off from work and go pay them a visit. Someone will be getting the hell beat out of them!!!!!!

I receive multiple calls from these people every couple days.  They currently have called 6 times in 3 hours.  I'm pretty sure thay cant' do that, but I don't knwo who to report them to?

I'm use to bill collectors, especially since I'm unemployed w/ no income but this person was rude and did stste why she was calling. This has to be illegal.

Call constantly morning, day and night.  Tried working it out with them, was not good enough for them.  Now this woman is calling leaving messages that if I don't have an attorney I seriously need to call them back, some information has come across her desk,  and she will be making a decision on my behalf that WILL AFFECT ME if I or my attorney don't get in contact with her.

They keep calling for Wendy Haas that's not me, I wish I could make the morons understand that Wendy no longer has this number. I do not have any student loans. God how stupid can these people be?
