Unable to understand what the person was even saying.

I've received 9 calls from this person.  I can barely understand her, she keeps asking for some guy to call her back.  I've told her wrong number and yelled at her multiple times, but the calls keep coming.

I received this call at 12:40 pm and there was noone there. I returned the call and got a switchboard operator at aUniversity Hospital

Got the 3rd call from this number.  I'm not going to answer it.  This crap really bugs me.  Super tired of it already.  University Hospital in Columbus is a huge place.  Hard to tell WHO might be calling.

This is the Caller Identification Number for all phone calls originating at University Hospital East in Columbus, Ohio.

Unless a message is left, there is no way of tracing these phone calls.

The operators at the Main Hospital Switchboard explain quickly that there is no way to trace any outbound phone calls and that the caller ID number identifies over 10,000 phones.

This number also identifies all outpatient centers, and all inpatient rooms within University Hospital East.

The operator also advised that, if the call is important, a message will always be left. If there is no message left, the best thing to do is wait for a call back. If you do not receive a call back, it would be safe to assume it is a wrong number. It is possible that patients who may be medicated could possibly be dialing the wrong number.

Received a call from this number at 330am that woke me up!  Not happy.  I didn't stop to hear if anyone was speaking just hung up.
