my daughter's cell phone keeps getting phone calls from 614-333-8406, 8609 and 8412.  There is never anyone there

recorded message stating Regarding a debt

Multiple calls to my cell phone from 614-333-8409.  They do leave a message saying to call about a debt.

I've been getting calls from this number for about 2 weeks now. When I answer its just a recording saying to call back immediately about a debt. When I call back I just get left on hold.

we keep getting calls from this number.  Is there any way to make them stop???!!!  It's getting annoying!

got this call to my home phone 2 times today.  no recording or anything.

A recorded voice left a message regarding a debt.

Same thing about a debt but when i call the number back or answer i just keep getting put on hold. The call very early in teh morning and all day long. This is getting crazy. My only option is to change my number, but that is so much work. I would hate to do that. I dont know how to make is stop!!!!

The name is Allied and they also call from number 614-333-8408 both numbers keep calling my phone. Well for the first few months it was the 614-33-8408 now that that number has stoped it is the 614-333-8409 number. But when i try to clear up whatever matter they are talking about i just get put on hold forever and noone ever comes on to talk to me.

Calls multiple times per day. I don't answer. They don't leave a message.

they called and when I said hello about 30 times no said anything back. I can hear people shuffling in the back ground then someone hangs up the phone. When I called the number back saying that I just received a call from this number. They asked me for my number and I gave it to them then the guy hangs up. Allied has so many numbers here are a few. Don't let these people harrass you. You have to answer the calls if you don't then I shows that you are avoiding them. When you speak with a rep after they tell you the phone call will be recording/monitored then ask that person if they're ok with you recording the conversation. Most likely they'll say no or hang up but answer their calls. Also check to see whether or not you're in a 1 party or 2 party law for recording state. Some states need you to get permission from the other party to record the conversation. Just to be on the safe side if you're not sure ask them anyway. After I asked a rep that they haven't been calling to speak with me. Just calling and playing a recording. The funny thing about that is you can hear when they click on the recording and then turn it off and hang up.

Even if you owe on a debt DON'T make any payment agreements with a debt collector because you have no contract with them to pay this. Making a payment agreement with them over the phone would be considered a verbal agreement. Let them know that you are going to pay the company that you have a debt with and not them. Be firm in telling them this. Also make payments to the company they will accept them. You only have a contract with the company you owe and not a third party collection agency.

I just don't answer the PHONE and no answer-machine, just RING! RING! and RING-A-DING!!!!!

i got that same deal and its a pain i called them back and was on hold for hours and they never picked up so i am going to put a restraing order against them and the number just becuase i can and this way if they let it go on unregulated then i can sue like everyone i have read about on the internet i have no outstanding debts so they have nothing to be calling me about that or i will go hunt them down and kill every last one of them for wakeing me up for a recording sons of [***]! hahaha and i could do it too now sense i have money and no life that sounds like a good idea hemmm hunting them down over a phone call er well maybe not i will have to wait and see if they can track me down afer i move here and get a new phone just felt like leaveing a weird message

these people called and it was a recorded message  telling me to call them back about a unpaid debt they didnt use my name or anthing to let me know it is me they even want to talk to! when i did call them back there was nothing it just said all lines are busy for over two hours i had my phone on hold with the speaker on telling me all lines are busy so i figure they are like the worst collection agency ever or they just dont want my money in fact come to think of it i dont have any outstanding debts and my credit is better then good now i am thinking scam maybe i will call the poliice and file a report on this i do have friends there

Yes it is an unbelievable bother.  We don't owe anything and never did.  They continue to call us.  We have talked to the company who made the mistake but they have not corrected it.  All we know to do in order to prevent them from putting it against our credit rating, is to file a law suit.  What a hassle.  But hey, we know we won't be doing business with PUBLIC STORAGE again.  We have been harassed for $24 that we didn't owe all b/c Public Storage doesn't have employees who take care of business and b/c they would prefer to abuse their customers and get more money out of them.

I was getting calls from them too.  I did some research and finally found their number.  It's 1-800-943-2453.  I called to complain and they seemed to just tune me out. Finally my husband called and yelled at them and they caved in.  No more calls.
