Recorded/automated call claiming to be from an "Amber" claiming to be a company called 'pre-trial services', while caller ID shows the name as Vonage Holdings. 1) I pay all of my bills, on time, like clockwork and have no legal actions being taken against me; 2) The NDNCR does NOT work as it should; 3)I love caller blocking feature of my phone, but these robo-calls (that are illegal) are getting old; 4) If I do not know you (and I do not know anyone in Columbus, OH), and if I do not have any sort of legitimate business dealings with you, I do not answer you call!

Nice try crooks & scam artists! Go play your game with someone who will actually fall for your bovine excrement!

Received a similar call today and let it go to voice mail as I do not answer numbers I don't recognize.  This call was from Amber telling me that there is a lawsuit pending in their offices (Pre-trial Intervention). She never mentions me by name or tells me what company she is calling for and that if my attorney or myself do not return her call, I am giving up my rights and that I should govern myself accordingly.  Govern myself accordingly to what?  She's going to be waiting a long time for me to return a call to 614-334-0859.  I get these calls all the time, most are trying to get into your computer or some other scam.  They have nothing bettet to do with their time except be annoying.  BIG SCAM!  Do not answer these calls.  These people need to get real jobs.

I just received a call from "Amber at Pre-Trial Intervention".  She didn't say who she was looking for, only that I had a pending case in her office and she must speak to me or my attorney of record immediately today.  I am on DNC list but have blocked this number as it seems to be a scam.

I have been getting the same call as everyone else almost everyday. This is Amber from Blah Blah Blah if I do not speak you or your attorney of record today you are giving up your rights and that I should govern myself accordingly. It is so funny seeing the fact that they have called quite a few times saying the same thing that she must talk to me or the attorney today... If my rights are gone as you say why are you still calling and never ask for anybody by name... They really need to leave people alone. We have enough on our plates without these scam artist harassing us.

These have been going on for several months.  Block a number and another comes in...UGH!!

Also received a call from "Amber" with "Pre-Trial Intervention". They did not state who they were calling for - only that either my attorney or I needed to contact her at the provided number by the end of the day. The area code seems as though this call is coming from Ohio... whereas I'm located in TN. Definitely a scam. Don't answer these people, or better yet, tell "Amber Free" to get a real job!
