Second, same long rambling Robo call about a survey for Delaware County Commisioner

This number keeps calling but never leaves any message.  I wish I knew who this person is that is running for Delaware County Commissioner.  I sure wouldn't vote for them after these nuisance calls.  

I wish we could find out who is doing these "surveys" via robocall.  I'm tired of seeing vauge billionaire-backed groups with shadowy purposes getting my time, whether it be time wasting phone calls, wasteful paper campaigns in my mailbox, or 30-second lies on TV and radio.  This Westervile company that has been hired to robocall people should be ashamed to make money off of lies.

They keep calling, sometimes multiple times per day, and leave blank voice mail messages.
