Called my cell phone but I didn't answer...when I tried to call back it didn't ring, just dead air...

Same thing. Repeated calls over the past few days, and a dead line if I pick up. Returning the call is the same... it "answers" (call timer starts), but is dead air.

I am experiencing the same issue as the others that have been reported.  Repeated calls but dead air when I try to return the call.

I have picked up over dozen more times no reply when I answer the phone? Phone number 614-349-3483 called December 2013. West Jefferson Ohio

I have a 614 area code number but live in northern Ohio............got calls today and yesterday from this number!  I have blocked them and they still get through

I spoke with a rep today. I am also in Columbus OH. They tried to get me to switch my energy provider. I informed them that I have currently signed up with a provider that was less on my bill. Then informed them I was not interested in switching again. Guy tried to get me to switch with a $75.00 bonus check for signing up. I informed him that it would not even cover my cancellation fees. He seemed dumbfounded at this point. Finally after a few more minutes informed me he would leave a note saying I did not want to switch. They called 30 minutes later. I answered again. This time I got dead air before they hung up. I just now got home from work and they have called two more times. Left no messages. I would be careful of this company. This might just be a scam to get your credit card info.
