Same here. Just got a call. So tired of these. Haven't they figured out yet that I am not calling back??

Oh I have a case filed by Ms. Outlaw from the fraud division!! Oh NO!! Kiss my back side Ms. Outlaw..by the way very appropriate fake name! Thought you [***] were gonna stop calling as of yesterday..

Fraud division.....case against.... blah blah... I blocked the number but it is scammers spam and this number should be reported and written up against with the BBB/law enforcement. Very annoying and they use many forms of numbers but the same group.

Called and left voice mail stating Rebecca outlaw calling from fraud department that I must call or my attorney regarding a case against me.

Rebecca Outlaw must be the red headed sister of the crack [***] who had been calling! Find someone else to annoy..I haven't answered..never will.. file all the "papers" you want..I DON"T CARE:)

I received a call from this number claiming to have a pending investigation against me, and to press 1 to speak to an investigator.  Hung up and blocked the number.  No attorney or law enforcement sends you a cold call and requires you to "press 1" to speak to them...  I've received about a dozen of these calls over the last 2 weeks and I'm officially fed up.

Same thing, only the company's name is Pre-trial Litigation!

I keep getting a call from this number.  They accused me of lying when I am not.  They were rude. Legally they have to take my number off their list when I ask but they argue and act they are so legal.. The person that they are looking for does not live here.. I called back to speak with their supervisor and got some more crap from them. I use to work at a collection agency and only lasted 2 months because they are trained to be rude and say what ever it takes to make a person give you what they want... I don't know how they live with themselves... I am reporting this company

Constant threatening calls for the last couple of months,  Same names, same transcript as others have reported to you.  Have no idea who these intimidating fools are, but will NEVER answer their calls.  Glad others have reported this same  thing earlier.  How can we all get this stopped???

Just received voicemail by Rebecca Outlaw from the fraud division.
Must call back to today.... a Saturday.  I have been getting these voicemails for over a year.
I think I should have received court papers by now.

Received call from this number. When they were asked what agency they were with they put me on hold. I called back and got a "Marcell" . I asked him what agency he worked for and he stated "I am the one asking the questions here!" in a very threatening voice. If all recipients of these phone calls will contact the Westerville Police Department (614) 882-7444 and ask for Chief Joe Morbitzer, and explain their circumstances, there may be a resolution to this problem sooner. This is what I am about to do. Good luck!

Just spoke with the Westerville Police Dept. They stated that even though this call originated in their town, recipients will need to call their local police department (fraud division) to report any incidents, who will conduct an investigation. Lets seen where this goes........

Unfortunately  that number may be spoofed - faked - and may be coming from anywhere.

Update. Spoke with our local police dept. they stated that unless you were a victim (have given money to this scam or were bodily threatened, they recommend callers contact the Federal Trade Commission 1-877-382-4357 between 9am and 8pm Monday thru Friday to report these numbers. They are able to investigate what town these numbers are coming from (majority are coming from Westerville, OH) and can work with the local police agency and speak with victims who have been scammed and trace any funds that may have been sent. The most important thing to remember is that they are scamming our unsuspecting elderly  who out of fear may do anything to make them go away out of fear . It is up to us to report every call if nothing else, to protect them. Make the call!

Update: You can also go online to file a complain with the Federal Trade Commission  www.ftc.com. Maybe we need to all call this fraudulent/scam organization back sever times a day and give them a piece of our minds. At least they would have to deal with all of us numerous times a day. Turn-around is fair play. Remember, they cannot report us for harassment, because they are the scammers. Go for it!!!!
