this number has called the last two days...no message

Customer service in Panama City, this is fraud!!

I called this number back and It is Chase home mortgage, They are trying to get you to pay your mortgage. My home is in the Short sale program and it doesn't stop them from harrassing you.

They are calling me every day and not leaving messages.  Come to find out our mortgage had been sold to Chase Home Loans and this is their collection agent.  I am not past due on my mortgage because I mailed it in to the company that we have always sent it to and they have not transferred it yet.  We didn't even know that our loan was sold to these creeps.  This is harassment!

This joint calls me from something called "800 service" and then from the number 6144224215 and I am at the point where I tell them now that when I answer I say "your mom's house, how may I help you?" hahahaha they suck.

This phone number as well as 800-848-9380 calls constantly all day long with no one ever on the other end when I answer.  Have called both numbers back to find out it is Chase but yet again, no one ever comes on the line.  Since I have never talked with a person, do not know if this is legit or not.

614-422-4215 ;  This number belongs to Chase Mortgage Collections, Gahanna,  OH; right outside of Columbus, OH.  Other numbers they use are:  800-848-9380, 614-422-7000, and 614-422-7001.  Hope this helps you out.

They keep calling and I don't even have a mortgage or a line of credit with chase. This is annoying!

This came up as Chase on the caller ID but it was a person who couldn't speak English and asked for a strange name.  I hung up but since we are clients of Chase I called them to find out what the call was for.  I also checked online to make sure we didn't have anything past due (we didn't). Their best guess was that this was a courtesy call to remind us we had a payment coming due.  I found this VERY strange since we have been clients of Chase for almost 5 years and have never received a call like this (and we even have automatic payments!).  The rep I spoke to couldn't verify this specific phone number although she did say that most Chase numbers start with that prefix (614-422____) so it is probably legit.  It is disappointing that they are using crappy call centers like this so I would definitely suggest hanging up and calling back their real customer service line.  If enough people do this then perhaps they will discover that these crappy call center calls are a waste of time and money for everyone involved.

Called at 8:50 p.m. here, I answered and no one at end of line.  Go figure.  If it is Chase, you would think they would be at least someone there on the line, especially if they are going to call when my kids are in the bed.  Very aggravating!

I received a call on my pre-paid phone line from 614-422-4215, "No Name Given", around 8 p.m. last night.  I have no idea who these people are making these calls but I have learned not to answer my phone until I first check out the number.  This is so that I am not charged a dollar for every stupid phone call that doesn't concern me!  (Thank goodness for this web site!)  Isn't there any way to stop these annoying calls (other than getting rid of your phone entirely)????  There simply has got to be a way....anyone know how???

These people call my cellphone all of the time and never leave a message...very annoying, I hope someone shuts off their service

I have Chase but I have never got a call from this number until now. I have had a few calls from Chase , but I.D. caller always shows that it is from Chase and they always leave a message, this did not.   I think this is a scam. This # called my cell , They only have home phone number.

This is Chase's outsourced collection company. When Chase bought WAMU I became a customer, i don't have a home loan with them but somehow my number is showing up on someone elses delinquent home loan. So now they have been calling me 2 to 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks looking for someone named Geraldine who owes them some money. As soon as I say I am not Geraldine they hang up. I have called the number back and actually spoke to someone I could understand and asked to have my number removed but they keep telling me unless I give the the account number of the account in question, there is nothing I can do. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT???!!! I finally yelled at some lady and she transferred me to her supervisor, he said he would take me off the list. I got his name and call back number. We'll see if the calls continue.

This is not CHASE - it is someone fishing for your SS#.  Do not give it to them!

Yesterday I transferred money to a Chase account, and today this number called me to inquire about it. "You sent $X to us, but this didn't match $Y that we had expected."

The number is definitely Chase. They may call for many reasons, and you may not like some reasons the bank contacts you, but it's the bank.
