Received several phone calls from 614-432-8292 at my place of employment and at home from someone with a foreign accent amd he said that his name is Kevin Miller from Kelly Law Firm.  This person has been calling everyday at least four times at work and countless times at home during my working hours.  I pretended to be someone else and ask for a toll free number because long distance calls cannot be made from the office.  He acted like he couldn't understand what I was talking about and he finally said that he didn't have a toll free number. How can these people be stopped? ? ? ! ! !

Just got a call from a Kelly law firm from Columbus, OH. 614-432-8292, They were telling me that I was under a law suit because I owed money for payday loans I never applied for nor never received. Tried to acquire more info but they didn't seem to have any. When I realized this was a fraud I called them and told them I was reporting them they hung up the phone.

I just wanted to add this page. First off, I realize now that this number is a fraud. Be careful. The person called stating they were from kelly and associates. They claimed I had a payday loan from a company that is associated with american credit lenders. However, they are not the primary lender. They did state they were from Columbus Ohio. Currently could not state the actual county they are LOCATED IN. Also could not answer any of the questions I had in reference to what was going on. I was told I had to leave to get the money right away or charges would be filed against me. I was treated with disrespect  all day and yes they sound like foreigners.  Now mind you I did take a payday loan out. I later called my current company and is in good standing.  I hope this helps everyone bc I lost 1000.00 dollars. When I called back, I asked for an address and was blocked, received a dial tone, and hung up on. I want to help bring these people to justice.

Just got a few calls from these guys sounding like they are from India saying they are representing a law firm and that I am a lawsuit filed against me.  I told the one guy I didn't know anything about what he was talking about as he was trying to confirm my social security number.  Then he transferred me to another guy who sounded like he was reading from a script telling me that I had 3 counts of criminal activity against me for not paying back a loan. He preceded to tell me that I would be picked up and put in jail for a minimum of 30 days.  I interrupted him before he could finish since I could definitely tell it was a scam and told him "Ain't nobody got time for that!" and hung up.

I received a phone call stating I was going to be sued for a payday loan that I took out which I did not take outthey said within 24 hours I would be picked up at my place of employment they had me scared they sounded like they knew what they were talking about for sure reporting this number

I just received another call today stating that i was going to be sued for fraud for unpaid payday loan that I never received how do you get them to stop harassing me or anyone else? Please help

I received the same call last night, they told me that a warrant has been issued for my arrest and when I wake up a police officer will be here to arrest me. I asked for certified copies of what I'm being sued for and certified mailed to me. His response was are you hard of hearing you will be arrested if you don't pay these funds immediately. He wouldn't give me a address, supervisors name, or anything. I called our local police department and made a fraud report. They asked me if I was in the Target card compromise and I said yes and he told me they have been seeing a lot of this since that. Be careful if you get these calls and close your bank accounts because they have all of that. I was also advised to get a copy of my credit report and look over it.
