This number keeps calling my home phone relentlessly even tho I've told them 100 times that the matter is beening negotaited by lawyers, the bill stems from and wreck and please quit calling me.

I'm installing a Caller ID filtering system that will dump calls from this number to a disconnected message... I'm tired of thier crap.

By continuing to call you after repeatedly being told that you have legal representation, they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and I would make certain that your attorney is is aware of this. They can be sued for statuatory damages up to $1,000 per violation.

You actually have to do that via a certified letter otherwise there is no proof. Just FYI

I answered my cell phone and said hello???? A males voice recorded message said "HELLO.....GOODBYE."  Then it disconected. No answer when you call back the number. This is harrassment! I can't even find out if they want me or someone else. Thank you others for letting me know the companies name who called, since they did not. This type of call should be against the law. I ought to send them a bill for using my cell phone minutes. Just incase anyone who works there is reading this... please at least have someone on the line to talk to me so I can let you know if you have the correct person or not.

I get voicemails from this place all the time. I'm not positive if the debt they're calling about is legitimate or not. I didn't even know they were a collection agency, till I read this board! The person who leaves the messages always just says they need to get with me about something or speak to me about something and they leave their name/number/extension. Aren't debt collectors required by law to state that they are attempting to collect a debt, instead of leaving misleading voicemails?

I've acquired a attorney for situations like this, and won't hesitate to use their (attorney's) sevices if the calls don't CEASE & DESISTS....

What A$$holes! They have been told numerous times that no one lives here by that name yet they keep calling. Last time I kept their jerk on the phone for almost 15 minutes just fooling with him. I asked him where he was an what the weather was like and about a sports team and a bunch of stuff. He kept saying he had to go but I wasted ALMOST 15 min of their time then I told them they had the wrong number. I figure if they get paid by the hour, he sure didn't make anything that 15 minutes hahahaha. If everyone done this to them they would go broke and quit calling the wrong numbers...

These people keep calling my home (unlisted number) asking for a name I don't even know. I have told them several times not to call back, but a different each time....614-452-6092

just recived another call from these IDIOTS !   they call and ask if I am a certain person, i have told them over and over plus I AM NOT THIS PERSON; they keep saying they will take the # off the list and the next mootnth th IDIOTS call again !

i can ditto the other reports, most of the time it's a hangup as soon as i respond... and most of the time
it is every few days not once a month.  then it stops for a while.  i think the only way you can stop it is to get another phone number.  i did that and it worked for a while then i started getting them calling for a different person... need to get a phone number that is new , not one used previously ( by someone who didn't/couldn't pay their debt.).....

This one calls MY Cell phone (which is definitely not listed nor do I give that phone number out).  NO message (it does roll over to my Voice Mail .. just space though).  Calls every day .. sometimes more than once.  I'm altering my Voice Mail on this line to tell them I'm gathering all the date/time groups, all the caller ID info .. and will turn over for prosecution each and every instance.

I've gotten several calls from this company, and now my roommate, who has never recieved these calls and has had his cell phones for years is getting these idiots calling him. Is there any way to get them to stop calling without resorting to legal help?

I've put the message up .. told this line to STOP Calling this number
They ask for someone not even on this line ..
I'm SICK AND TIRED of this harassment!

I've only had this new cell # for 2 days - they called this afternoon but did not leave a message so they are going in the call blocker. :)

They called in some spic assed language I didn't recognize but blocked their [***] number from ever coming into my phone again. If you want to talk to me, speak American English and don't use a recording or I guarantee, you will NEVER talk to me!

Calls my phone only a few times so far but never leave a message.
