left a blank message, but i know for sure its the credit department at Time warner in Columbus. Its second month in a row they are calling me about a bill thats already been paid. Last month, the guy calls me and I told him that bill was paid a week ago. Then he says, "Why am I calling you?" and hung up. its starting to annoy me to the point that time warner will lose me as a customer.

Its Time Warner alright.  Left a recorded message inviting me to pay my bill over the phone.  My bill not due and I already pay it online.

I just paid my bill online literally 10 minutes ago, and then they (Time Warner) called just now inviting me to pay my bill using their automated system. What a joke.

Call from Time Warner Cble. My bill isn't due til the 28th, & I pay on line anyway.
