Was called today by https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/5208384876 when |i told the person to go F themselfs he called from his personal cell a few times in a row.  So this is the link tot he business/company he is working for!   https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/5208384876

614-483-1954 gave me a robocall stating it will lower my credit card interest rates to 6.9%.  It said "press 1 to learn more."  I pressed 1 so I could tell them to take me off their call list.  Nothing happened when I pressed 1.  Call dropped.

See how MY phone number is on the Do Not Call List, these people are definitely breaking the law.

I called this number back and it does not accept calls. This site is the only insight I have as to who it could be. My number is also on the do not call list, so how or why are thay calling me????

same story as Bob SWFL. I have no credit cards, so I was curious and pressed 1. Call dropped. I am also on Do not call list.  When I called them back, the message said the caller is not receiving calls at this time. They are breaking the law, what can we do to stop them?

Same as Bob SWFL and Fl cell phone.  I just got a call from this number on my cell and asked press #1 and the the call dropped.  Can someone let me know what is going on with any intend?

Got a call to my Google Voice number for this. Once the message started recording all that it said was... "In reference to your current credit card. Start. "

So who knows.

I got the same mesage, when you press 1 it confirms your number and it is sold to other companies. They have a terms of service blah, blah.. that states "by pressing "1" you accept to be put on a call list".
Thats how they get around it.

Yes, by pressing "1", but they shouldn't be contacting anyone in the first place.  They might get around it for other companies that they sell numbers to, but they are still gaining the active phone numbers illegally.

I missed this call but when I called the number back it said, "this caller is not accepting calls at this time, please try later" Then I googled the number and I am glad I did. I think this number is one of the same types, so beware....(480) 619-2207 it says "mail box belonging to (the number) is full, and can not accept messages at this time.

Received call with no identification of company or card, etc. When I asked what company - they hung up

wow. just got the same call. it was a missed call. vm picked up...it was air like someone was driving with the windows down. this is crazy.  thanks to whomever started this thread to keep up with this and pass on info to others.

just missed a call from these ya-who's. glad i googled the number and thanks for all the warnings on this. this too was on my cell. i am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and have been for over 3 years. Just remember if you don't know the number that is calling, google it before you do anything. I don't answer any numbers that I don't know who it is.

I pressed 1 and asked them to remove me from the list, and the woman hung up on me. Rude @ssholes! I tried calling back but it says that number is not accepting calls.

got the same call - i pressed one, i asked what company and he said visa and mastercard - i said which card is this in reference too (with no intention of giving any more info) and what company are you calling from, and he hung up on me.  i hope these people go to jail.

I received a phone call from 614-483-1954 on my **cell** phone.  I do not give out my cell phone number.  The only reason that I answered it was because I don't usually check the caller ID on my cell phone since the only people who have it are friends and family.  It was a recorded call about lowering interest rates and it gave only one "option" - to press one to talk to someone.  So I did.  The person who answered (Tony) asked if I was wanting to lower my rates.  I (very calmly) said, "Actually, I would like to be removed from this calling list please."  Tony responded, "TOO BAD!" and hung up.

Just got another call, this time on my cell. Like Zebka above - My cell is not published to any but my close friends. I didn't push any buttons as I just hung up at the very beginning of the message. Could these people be verifying phone numbers by calling a series of numbers and finding out which ones answer? I'm sure the could care less about "Don't call" lists!!!
