Seems to be a recorded voice that reacts to the caller in a limited fashion. There's a noticable pause between when I speak and the "Lucy" voice responds. It started on a spiel about "we are looking for an advertising home in your area", and that's when I hung up.

They said they're with "Security Solutions." I've asked to be removed from their call list more than once.

They want to offer a "free security system" and then put up a sign in my yard. They won't stop calling.

"If you allow us to put a home security sign in your yard, we'll install one for free..." automated message.

614-517-1080 spammers. calls and hangs up over several days trying to get you to call them. then they say you called them and they can try to sell to you.

Scam. Prerecorded message. 'Let us place a sign in your yard and we'll install a system for free'.
Press 1 to talk to an idiot, press 2 to be placed on our Do Not Care list.
Pressing 1 was answered with 'Thank you for calling...'. Um. No. You a$$hats robocalled me.

I heard something about the FBI and hung up.
