I have been called numerous tiimes from this number stating there was fraud done on my part. Told me I have a bancorp account, which I dont, and that I tried to get money from a payday loan place, which I didnt. NO paper work ever sent to me first, nothing legal ever done prior to this. It is a fraud number &nbsp;as it is located in a residential area as many that have called me are from. This must be a fraud ring that is usurping money from innocent people.</p>

I have been receiving these calls since August 2014. They never say who they are calling or give a business name. The way they end their calls with "Govern yourself accordingly .. good luck" shows how unprofessional this "business" is.  I finally answered one of their calls because they used a phone number from my state even though they are in Ohio. They claim I took a Payday loan in 2013 and owe over $1100. Did I want to pay now or go to court? The caller knew my Social Security number, my email address and my bank name.  The name of this "company" is Pretrial services, look it up, it doesn't exist.
Now, before anyone thinks I do not pay my bills and this is a bill collector. I pay my bills, I have not ever had the need to take a payday loan so I knew immediately this was a scam.
I have all bank statements from the year 2013 from the bank they mentioned as I have accounts with several banks. Not one statement has a deposit from a loan company. In fact, this account is a Savings account and you cannot take a payday loan with a Savings account.
I had to call this number back today because the initial call I terminated because I was at work. The background noise and hold music at this place is unprofessional, they want to give the impression they work with or as lawyers but no.The gentleman refused to give me any information. He would not tell me the name of the company this loan came from, he would not tell me the date of the loan. He became agitated, yelling at me and then hung up the phone.
I have reported this "company" to the internet crimes division of the FBI www.IC3.gov and you should too. Good luck getting any information out of them though.
