These people keep calling me 3 to 4 times a day. I work swing shift and these calls are annoying

What part of if we don't know the number we don't answer it! Don't they understand. I am going to sue them for annoying me. I will charge them for every time I have to hear there phone number ring on my phone! Don't they understand or do they think they just might catch us at home? I got news for them we are home we just don't pick up the phone. So whom ever is on the other end of this number I am now making a spread sheet to count how many times you call in a week?

They called again this time I answered. This is B of A (bank of America) I ask what the heck are you trying to sell me, she gave me the old " we are calling you to thank you for being such a great customer, if you have any questions about this call, please call 1-888.something,something... this was a live person and they just hung up!..WTF..put me on your do not call list!!!!!!!!

We keep getting calls from this number as well..all hours of the day and night......We have nothing to do with BofA ?  What the hell....keep calling and we're going to sue!
