Calling my parents asking for my former boyfriend.  We lived there a while back and I guess he used their number somewhere. They keep telling that this person does not leave there any more. The caller then asks for the new number, and my parents say that they don't know. Next day they call again and the same conversation takes place. It's very frustrating!

Called me asking for my former husbands telephone number. Just says he has personal business with him.

It's a collector.  I had the same problem with my ex after he moved out.  Not from this number, but that's what they do.  They ask for the new number, say its personal business and they DONT GIVE UP, calling back EVERY day.  Very annoying.

Ask for me and my brother and say we have financial matters to straighten out.  I haven't been in contact with my brother in 15 years.  I was 20 years old when got out of touch.  We never shared any debt, credit cards, loans and did not owe any person money.  They call my other brothers house for me and won't leave a name.  

Someone from this number calls me every day.  At least 5 times a day.  I wish someone could get the number disconnected.  It says
Operations Division...what the heck do they want.  When you answer they put you on hold, if you don't answer they keep calling back

They called my place as well, asking for my boyfriend.

These clowns have tagged my cell phone three times today.  I have told them many times that I do not accept these calls on my cell phone and that I will talk to them at my home phone.  Apparently, these donkeys (I'm being polite) do not understand English and refuse to listen to my request.  I have also not seen any snail mail from them and they refuse to tell me about who the debt is from.

I recently spoke with a lawyer and she suggested that I file a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General's office.  She told me that they are violation of Oregon state law by using an automated system to call and then not identifying themselves within 10 seconds of me answering the phone.  Plus, under Oregon law, they are not allowed to use cell phones to collect debts.

I wish there is more we can do to stop this abuse.  As long as someone pays for them to do it...it will continue.  Unfortunately, I have not seen a way to stop them.

I have been recieving calls from this # for at least 6mos. They ask for Dawn/Don? Repeatedly informed them there is no one by that name at this #. This does no good.  I've tried being nice, asking that they take my name off their calling list,been rude,hung up,i'm bi-lingual so I've answer in my native language, the only thing i've not done is cuss them out!! 1 response from them when I told them not to call was "Well, I'll call you tomorrow", and they did!!

They have called several times and never answer the phone when I pick up. They will call 2 times in a matter of minutes. I have no idea who it is, what it is in regards to. Beyond frustrating.

They called me I did not answer phone checked last call waiting wrote down there number when I tried calling back, it was just a click on the other end. I received 2 calls in a half hour didnt bother to check the first one, if this happens again I will make a formal complaint.

i keep getting phone calls from 614-759-8325 #--says operations division on caller id----they keep asking for denny------there is no one by that name at my phone #----i keep telling them this, yet they keep calling asking for denny---how do i get them to stop?

These morons keep calling me, even though the person they are trying to reach is not at my number.  Yesterday I demanded that the person on the other line, who tried to act like they are a friend/co-worker of the person they're trying to reach, identify themselves and the company they work for, and stated that I know that Federal Law stipulates that they have to give me that information - the girl on the other end said, "Oh, just shut up!" and slammed her phone down on me!  

This is GC Services, and it isn't hard to find negative reports about them all over the internet.  They are extremely aggressive and dishonest when it comes to collections, and hopefully enough people will complain that they will lose their contracts with government agencies, as their conduct has no place in debt collection or any other business.  It seems like they're picking desperate people off of the street, with almost no training or education (let alone manners) to handle these psychotic phone calls.  This is not normal collection activity, its harassment.

This nu,ber keeps on calling my elderly mother cell phone and when i call them back they say service bt they call daily 3 to 5 times a day if anyone nows what can be done please let us know we are sick and tired of these calls has anyone ontacted the attorney general's office? any information wiwll be appreciated these are probably illegal aliens selling children or drugs. The phone nmber has  a 0 sfter the last number which is 5 whatever that means

check a collection agency called Allied interstate we have the ame problem as they try to collect from an incomasitated member of my family after ten years.

They called three times today. When I answered the first call, there was silence and no response after I said "Hello" twice. We let the answering machine answer the other two calls. Half way through the answering message, they hang up. We don't have any unpaid bills or loans so we have no idea why they would be calling us.

I was contacted by Tyrone from Operations Division on my job telling me that they were going to garnish my wages for unpaid student loans. I told him I did not have any student loans and I would file a lawsuit if they kept harrassing me. He wanted me to tell them my social security number which I refused to give them, I told him to give me the last four he was looking for and I would tell him if that was mine. He told me I would lie!
I informed him I was on the job not to call again! I then went to human resources to make them aware of the threats I had received.

If they are calling you, you probably owe on some student loans.  Do not trust them at all.  I was tricked into receiving a fax from them so I went to a friends house to receive it.  Now they call my friends house non stop.  Another thing and beware is that for some weird reason if you block your call using *67 it does not work.  So if you call them back blocked they can still get your name and number.

Called sk for another Mike at another address when I started questioning him he said it was a personal matter and hung up

The same girl calls every day and asks for Gage Wood (my teenage son) I tell her that he is a teenager (Our bill is in my name but the listing in the phone book is under his)I tell her he is a teenager and she asks for Carla Santaigo. I tell her that I do not know anyone named Carla Santaigo and she just keeps talking like she doesn't believe me. (My name is Angela Johnson) She says that my phone number comes up with an address that Carla lives at. Then she says the address is 2423 Royal, I live at 2419 Royal but she does not listen. She calls every day and will not listen!
