I get calls on a daily basis from this company and I do not have any connections to this company

Call the number at my work - never say who the message is for, just leave a number and say its imperative for someone to call back.  The number is 866-354-0567.  Kinda hard to know who its for when 100 people work here.

This company has been harassing me continually.  Check Smart debt collectors.  I do have a debt with them, however, I called them and asked for payment arrangements to pay the debt off in 5 or 6 payments.  They refused to make any arrangements with me, saying they need payment in full immediately.  I lost my job and cannot pay it all at once.  They continue to call me 4-6 times a day.

This number calls me 4 or 5 times a day since the beginning of November 2012 asking for a Michael David, or davis. I do not know a Michael David or Davis, I've had the same cell number with verizon for more then 4 years! I've asked to be removed from there list but they still keep calling and leaving voicemails very annoying!!!! this number shows up on my caller id 6147602186 voicemail says 8663540567

this number calls my cell all the time.. shows up on caller id as 614-760-2186 but then the voicemail is always started in the middle and u hear the recording say please call 866-354-0567 and then click..it hangs up.

These people have called 5 times under this number and 3 under 866-354-0567.  If you answer it, you get hung up on.  If you hold on and say nothing someone eventually answers.  They looking for a possible employee.  After being told they were calling a business line, the "woman" said that was the number they were given and to be upset with the person who gave it.  Uh huh.  After telling them on each of the 8 times to call the person at home, it still hasn't sunk in.  Evidently this "company" employes stupid people.  We do not verify over the phone.  We will not verify anything for this "company".  The last "woman" was a complete rude idiot and hung up.

Well I filed BK and this company has continued to call and harrass me. My attorney said this is where things get fun for her. She is filing paperwork basically stating this company has not violated the US Bankruptcy Laws and will go full force on them. She said she is tired of these companies doing this to people and now that my case was documented and they were notified and still harrassed me they have consequences for this. Well good luck Checksmart. Hope the harrassment was worth it.

It's checksmart's corporate office. I paid my debt to them this morning and have gotten 7 calls about it. I keep telling them I already paid and to stop calling me and they are all extremely rude and say they will note my account but then keep calling. Terrible customer service.

Just recently some idiot that has created a debt with this company gave my phone number to them. Her name is Sherry Smith and I am not that person, do not know this person or have any affliation with her. They are calling me 10 times a day and i've called them 4 times telling them they have the wrong number and finally threatened to sue them if they keep harassing me.

they keep calling me from different #s I don't owe them nothing. Somebody used my phone #. I'm calling my Att. Gen.

Go ahead and block or report these numbers. Get your service provider to screen unidentified calls. Then assign all these numbers to a single contact and block that contact. The do-not-call directory is ineffective because it does not cover debt collectors.

I get calls on my home phone from this # & the local Checksmart several times a wk. I do NOT have any business w/them & haven't done a payday loan in over 10 yrs, which wasn't even in the city I currently live in.  The automated msg from this # requests I call 1-866-354-0567, where I get stuck in a loop of hold music & no one ever answers. When I've called the local #, a loud & obnoxious woman always answers and has told me on 2 different occasions she's listed the # as a bad # for whomever but the calls are still coming. She's obviously not doing this & I think it's out of spite b/c I refuse to give my name. It's gotten out of hand. I do not know the person they are calling for. My next steps are the BBB & Atty Gen. My home is supposed to be my place of peace, not harassment.

Check smart.. Calls 7 times a day.. Pretty sure it's illegal to call on a debt at 9 pm at nite.. My lawyer is getting a log of these calls.. Have never seen such a scam
