Received a call but no message was left.  I returned the call.  It was some type of Educational Services center.

This number calls throughout the day while I am at work.  Never leaves a message, when I attempt to return the call.  I am informed that they do not currently taking calls.  Whomever this is, it is annoying, and poor, poor customer service.

It is OSI education services... Its a bill collector... call back and listen to the message then google the name.

They call. I hang up. no one is ever on the line. It sux..

I know what you are going through. They call my cell phone numerous time a day.  It's very annoying.  I have tried many times to tell them the person they are looking for is not at this number and to take my number out of their database.  They promised they would.  The calls keep coming.

wanted my birth date, they said they got my name from a college list somewhere, i asked which college and she asked what my birthday was again. some unidentified educational service collecting data but not releasing information about who they are

Okay - I just posted a few minutes ago and in that time, I did some searching online.  First of all, if you go their website http://www.osi-careers.com/home.html you can get a list of #'s and offices to call.  I called the Dublin OH 800-238-3100.  This # is incorrect!  It should be 800-236-3100.  OSI is now NCO Financial Services.  If you call that 800 # and tell them your issue (mine was getting a call for someone who doesn't have that # anymore) - they should be able to help you.  I spoke to a Jeremy at ext 5072 and he seemed to very helpful and told me if I continued to get calls, to call him back directly.

I didn't pick up, but when I returned the call I had to wait a long time (and it was still not picked up).

So i hung up and googled the company information and then called at someone on their extension. They said it was a student loan/student health insurance company. They looked up my phone number and couldn't find anything on why they were calling, and then my last name and still couldn't find anything. Probably some telemarketer.

this number keeps calling my 2nd grade sister who has to pay for the phone with her own money. We have not called back yet but thank you for the helpful information! =D

This number calls all the time, never leaves a message. I bought a new phone and can now "Block" numbers and have done so with this caller.

They asked me if my name was "Adam", I said "No", they then immediatly said "This call is being recorded for quality purposes"...
I hung up.
I think it is a police agency.

And oddly if you Google this number, many, many names come up under different names regarding

Got a call from this RUDE [***] about a past due student loan...

She threatened me, told me she'd garnishee my wages and take my tax refund...  I told her good F=N luck...

Told me she worked for the government office,,, I said NO... you're a collection company...

Obviously this [***] tries anything to make a buck....

Just opened up a new cell acct. and wham!!!! 10 20 calls a day from this number.
I call them back, and they want to know who I am!! I said this is a new acct. just opened within a week... and I do not owe you any money and please take me off of your call list.
The guy then says that If I do not give hom my private info... I.E. Name Address, Social and such that they will continue to call this number.
I went to my cell carrier with what was going on, and they happily gave me a new number.

multiple calls.  no human on the line.

Was looking for a Wendy. I dont know a Wendy. They wanted my information. I didnt give them anything but my area code. Thay have the wrong person because this is my cell number they are calling. I keep a track of all the times they call two times a day now for over a month. I finally got angry and called them. I will take them to court IF I MUST.

I never pick up for this 614-791-4535 number, and its getting pretty annoying to see it pop every now and again. Grrrrrr!
