They have called multiple times now. They said publishers (something or other) They wont quit calling no matter how much I tell them not to.  They are local to me. " Hmmmmm, maybe a visit from me or the police"

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I got several calls from this number, but they ask for a good friends name and not me by name. Odd!

This is an unwanted, scanner call.

They have called my cell phone several times, and all went to voicemail.  All I can hear is, "This is Ashley. I'm an account supervisor with Publisher's"  and then disconnect.  I tried to call the number back, but it won't ring.  Figured it was a scam!

Just got a call. She called me by name. I jumped up and put phone on answering machine...no message. Dialed # back and it said it was not a working #...Do not understand how all of these crazy people can have #'s that you cannot call back.

Numbers I don't recognize I just answer my phone and say "federal bureau of investigation , how may I direct your call "   they hang up so fast ...lol
