I have gotten several calls from this number with no one at the other end and hangs up as soon as a word is spoken.  

Asked for me by name. Then hung up. Tried to return call and was told 'not in service'.

Received numerous calls from this number! When I answer there's silence then the caller hangs up!

This number calls and said they are from publishers clearing house and you must confirm by calling another number, which automatically authorizes cash to come off your phone account. It happened before and this time I told "MR Rogers" that he was full of [***] and his scam would be reported. They continue to call.

I say we pull a jay and silent bob and locate these people and kill them all...
