receive calls evry night from that # - no response - just hangs up

This being going on for about 2 wks, 3 times a day. Then after the holiday, they stopped.
It started again today. No message left. If is Constar Financial. I don't have any debt.

This person called me looking for [***]

They told me I owed $32568 from a mortgage with Citi Bank, is this a joke ?

They called and when I answered, it hung up.
I called right back and asked who they were, and why they were calling me.  They said they were constar financial, and were looking for some person I had never heard of.  I let them know they had the wrong number and they took me off their list.  Problem solved.

They called my gmail. which is strange, never had anyone call me on my gmail. I still don't know who they are..

They called my cell saying my ebay account had been tampered with tried to call back just kept hanging up

Someone called me from this number claiming to be from Constar Financial (that's what the caller ID said as well) telling me they represent eBay and did I ever receive any mail at the following address...I interrupted her and asked, "Wait. What is this about?"  She responded, "Well first I need to verify some information and then I will tell you why I'm calling."  I laughed and said "So you want me to tell you my address and then you'll tell me who you are and why you're calling?"  She said "If it sounds sketchy, you can verify through eBay"  I laughed again and said "Of course this sounds 'sketchy'!!!!"  She responded, "Well, we are an ACTUAL company...." I couldn't hold it in...I laughed again and said "Well I'm happy that you are an ACTUAL company but....no thank youuuuuu" and hung up.  Sounds like a scam to me.

You should notify eBay if you haven't already.

I don't answer numbers I don't know, and this one didn't leave a message.  I have been on the, "DO NOT CALL" list since it came out.  It hasn't done me a bit of good!  I still get junk calls!  This one said, "Tennessee" on the caller ID.

They are constar financial service they are a collection agentcy that works on behalf of ebay to collect debt that people made through a ebay account.
