Call is answerd, no one there.

These are political calls, which should be illegal under the Do Not Call law but evidently aren't.  Of course, it probably shouldn't be surprising that politicians would include a loop hole for themselves!

I was in a meeting with my boss and got a call from this number, and I ignored the call. It immediately called me again, and I ignored it again. This happened two more times immediately after ignoring the call. Finally, I decided I needed to take the call; it might be an emergency, seeing that it was a local number. Freakin survey! Unbelievable!!!

Much like Annoyed, I've had this number call me then immediately call again when I don't answer... and like them, I nearly picked up thinking it was an urgent call because it was a local number.  Glad I didn't - this is getting old and I really would LOVE to know how so many of these calls are suddenly coming through on my cell.  I don't give out my cell except on a need to know basis so why the heck do I suddenly have multiple spam calls every danged day???????

Same thing happened to me.  Called me back immediately when I didn't answer the first time.  I've told both parties repeatedly that I won't contribute to either one by phone (I give enough online), and I will vote dem no matter what anyone tries to tell me.

I tried dialing that number, a fax machine tries to "answer".
