    Have received 6 hang up calls in 2 days. When I called back all I got was on hold music. They are a collection agency for medical/dental practices. They are calling me at home instead of the office. Search Capital Accounts and find a contact me area. Put info in and they called me back in about 30 minutes. Finally a person on the phone. I suggest you try this to get them to stop calling you. Hey why not waste some of their time. If I get another call I will be contacting my state's atty general office to file a complaint.
