I have received several calls from this number and when I answer they just hang up.  Today they called again and the same thing, this time I called them back from a government blocked number.  When someone finally picked up they said "Business Offices" I asked what was the name of the business and he said "TCI" I asked what kind of company this was and he said that it was all different kinds.  He said that if I could tell him the number that was called he would be able to tell me what it was about, I told him I would prefer not to and I just want to know what kind of business they were and he said "thank you and good-bye."

My mistake, I called back and apparently it is not TCI but DCI, a collection agency!  I explained that this is a new number and I have only had it for about a week.  Didn't seem to matter they just called me a liar and hung up.

This number calls me at least 3 times a week and hangs up.

Calls and leaves a static message.

They called and were unprofessional saying it was regarding a debt. When asked about what debt, they hung up. I believe this is a scam to bilk people out of their SSN"s and personal information to be fed to those of malevolent intentions. There are others out there too.

Continue to get these static phone messages. Been going on for over a month and a half. When I call the number, I get a busy signal.

Just get static message 2 times a day and they call from a different number sometimes . I do not answer any calls out of my area code ,just let them go to voice mail

They keep calling me too!  If they would leave a message maybe I would call them back, but they just like to waste my cell phone minutes!

just had a missed call from this number. They left a message and it was only heavy breathing.

Received a call, like the others above, just static. What concerns me is: Any debt collection agencies are under strict guidelines as to how they conduct phone calls. This is quite the "strange" to say the least. What is their purpose to making these kinds of calls? That is what should be looked into.

Just got a call from them asking for the previous owner of this phone # (by name).    I've had this number for 2 years; will it ever stop?  Told her it was an old number, I don't know the previous owners, don't know where they are.  She was very polite and said she'd note it in their database as a wrong number.

I keep getting phone calls from this number 615-302-7076. I just get static..no message.  Wish they would leave a ligitimate message I might call back.  Scam I think....Don't answer any calls I don't know the numbers too many things can be stolen from just answering your phone.  Calling Attorney General I think. I am on the DO NOT CALL LISTING.

Just got a call from them stating that I owed money to a medical group for services rendered in 2009.  I paid in full so I am wondering why they called.  They asked if I wanted to take care of the $15.00  First of all in this day and age, I would never give my Credit card info, SS#, bank account # ect to anyone who CALLED ME.  You are just asking for ID theft if you do.  I am blocking this number based on what all of you have said.

I just got a missed call from this number at 8am on a Saturday morning. They left over a minute long message. But didn't say anything.  I think it might be some kind of bill collector, but they usually leave info on the voice message.

I'm going to change my number. I'm tired of them calling i answer and its dead air and they never leave a message...just static. I dont care who they are trying to reach or who they are, they are breaking the law according to the fcc, unfortunately the fcc has done nothing with my complaints since they use multiple numbers.

i called the number and they said it was heck collect a collection agency and they dont leave messages since the dont know the name the use your voicemail to get the numbers owners name i'm guessing

They just called my house asking for my wife. When I said she would be back in 2 days they just hung up. No goodbye or thank you or anything just *click*. I called back and they said their name is TCI. It appears from the other comments it is not. I told them to never call me again. They said I would have to send them a letter. I told them no and any further contact would be harrassment.

For about 2 weeks, I get at least 1 call a day from this number, but I don't answer calls I don't know.  I am thankful to you all and this site!  I will definitely not be answering any of them for sure.  Leave a message or leave me alone...

I received two harrassing phone calls from this number just this morning.  I hope it doesn't continue.  Thanks for the heads up.
